McDonald's — Restaurant in Wirral

Never come across a dumber set of employees in my life. ALWAYS get the order wrong, they just throw whatever in without any care whatsoever. Ordered the chicken combo meal, selects didn’t arrive. On top of that we then received FOUR burgers that we didn’t order, they were custom burgers and even the customisations were wrong according to the stickers. Didn’t get the two burgers we did order and as per for any maccies we didn’t get any of the dips either. Incompetence doesn’t even sum this mess up. By far the WORST McDonalds in the country and that takes some doing. Oh and when you go in store to point out the issues they will acknowledge you’re there and just leave you stood there waiting for 20 minutes. Don’t even get me started on the fries, so dangerously undercooked that one day they will kill someone. The place is always filthy, even since the refurb. Staff prat about in the kitchen in full view of the customers whilst not wearing full uniforms or hair/beard nets. The “management” if you even want to call it that, are absolutely clueless and have zero control. And if you thought you were risking your life with the food that’s nothing compared to the feral yobs that constantly attack the place because police just don’t exist in this area and the parents are too drugged up to know what planet they’re on, never mind what their kids are doing.

I don’t expect Michelin star from McDonalds anywhere but even by McDonalds standards this place can only be described as a near death experience and it’s actually mind blowing they haven’t...

Pathetic. That's the only way to describe the experience here any more. The sum of the times i've visited this place i've had things missed off orders, burgers given with fridge cold ingredients on them and standing waiting for far too long to be reasonable.

Today was the final straw; while shopping I thought to get a quick burger and fries to just eat and hold off getting hungry while i'm out.

-The self service kiost I was at had a broken card reader -I went up to the till -Several people standing around chatting, one of which clearly noticed both I and the people behind me were standing there waiting to order. -Eventually I had to get the attention of someone and ask if anyone was actually working on the tills at all. -Then the order gets put through. -Yet another long wait for a simple burger and fries while delivery orders pile up on the counter to the point the have to use a cleaning trolly to add counter space for them to sit on while they go cold, some of which were there before I started my wait. -Then much larger orders that came in after mine get called out first.

So I just asked for a refund, went to KFC and was eating within 5 minutes. Absolute joke of an establishment this franchise is. Honestly avoid this, go to KFC, dominos or the cafe inside to eat within a...

Small place to dine in. New options are cool to try . Autralian Pineapple MC Spicy Burger , Beef Maple BBQ and Bacon Double . You can have it without bacon as well which is great too :) They got Garlic and pepper Nuggets as well . Which was actually very unique flavour to try and they were not bad as well . They tasted different and nice .

Then they got Mac and Cheese Triangles as well . They are not spicy but they are good if you are a Mac and Cheese lover or like cheese and macroni :)

Then they also got Sour Cream and Black Pepper Fries . They are good too . Tasted nice and different :)♡

They got a drink as well which is sakura sprite. :) Now you get alot more options for sauces as well like sweet chilli sauce , Smoky BBQ Sauce etc . ...

They got different flavours in icecream too. Like Caramel Pretzel McFlurry , Chocolate as well . New options and New Menu :)♡

They also got Choco Caramel Pie in their new Menu as well . Which is yummy for chocolate lovers :)

Overall lovely variety in the Menu :) Enjoyed trying...
