Takes ages to get 2 burgers and some side orders in empty restaurant.The menu you can find inside is not full,just eat website has more detailed menu( including dishes who are not even on menu in restaurant itself) and even discounted prices.Order for pick up via just eat instead of ordering at place itself at counter.The ordering screen has been not working for months.Food is okay,but I been there 3 times and its gets worse and worse each time and same burger each time looks different (the most recent order was missing decorations- onion ring and flag on top and salad inside and no sauce either) not to mention the meat is just luke warm,but not hot,so I wonder why it takes ages to get meals ready if they just microwaveor wahtever they do, because if meat would be fried it would come hotter,I worked on commercial deep fryer myself in past at other fast food franchise so I know how hot food comes out of it.There is no restroom for clients.For the prices they sell dishes and how long it takes them to cook when you only person there I would say avoid this place besides they dont offer discounts in place compared to oredering for pick up via just eat.Last time I was there some menu items was out of stock so it tells place has bad management.The receipt I got for dine service in didnt listed ordereded items only order number and total price so I might been ripped off as well becauce there is no way to know what orders and prices...

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a food place!! I ordered my food via Uber eats which never got delivered. When I phoned up the restaurant revealing the ordeal I was told it wasn’t their responsibility and that the ‘Uber driver delivered my food which I happily accepted.’ I spent over an hour on the phone arguing with a so called ‘male manager’ to be told that I was a liar as he believed the driver- that I would gain no refund and refused to make me another order. I had CCTV evidence to show that I received no food, however this manager was adamant that I had to prove myself wrong. I went down to the restaurant and was told the both ‘male and female managers’ had left a while ago so spent over an hour waiting. Once the ‘female manager’ arrived I was told that ‘all we do is make the food and pass it on to the driver, then it’s upto them to deliver.’

No customer service. Rude managers. Argumentative staff.

It took over 3 hours for this whole ordeal to come to a close as I said I’d post onto social media and leave a review online. The manager reluctantly gave me a refund.

THEY GAVE ME FOOD POISONING!

We ordered food there & they said it was cash only, when I payed them they never had change? They wouldn’t let me off 18p but was happy to only give me 50p change which lets me know I was overcharged… The tables still had food, cups & crumbs on it & the chairs were not cleaned & it was FREEZING in there, colder than outside (which isn’t the main issue). I asked for sauce & they said they never had any, when they opened the door to go into the back I saw a whole shelf on sauces? So they ended up actually giving us sauce. THE WORST PART is when I started to actually eat the food, the chicken burger tasted old, I went there around 11pm/12am & the burger tasted like I was left there from the day before just re-heated a little bit. Not even 3 minutes after eating the burger my stomach was in excruciating pain, I mean seriousss pain, I woke up today & my belly still hurts, they gave me food poisoning! They also are not hygienic because I saw they leave the cheese slices out on top of other equipment instead of in proper containers. DO...
