My daughter and her partner booked us a birthday meal for the four of us, but we were very disappointed in both the meal and service, we had wrong drinks bought twice wrong meals bought, and the beef was so tough that we couldn't eat it, the veg was very sparse and we had about six tiny roast potatoes so we were very disappointed with our meals. We were served by two young girls which were very polite but kept getting orders mixed up and when we were asked if there was anything wrong with our meals, they said they would let chef know. Had my sons 21st birthday meal here, well what can I say from the start Charlotte who I was emailing was spot on never had to wait for an email she answered any questions straight away, lovely girl, on the day was greeted by the restaurant manager Mathew what a fab guy he is very easy to talk to and made us all welcome, Dan the man around the bar was fab very welcoming and always had a smile lovely guy, the waitress Beth and waiter Kieron was very patient and helpful I know it's there job but they made us feel so welcoming and down to earth the food was absolutely amazing from start to finish actually the beef and steak was by far better than miller and carter hats off to the chefs will be...

Great value and superb service.

I was a bit skeptical coming here having been invited for a family birthday. Lets just say i was pleasantly surpised. My preconceived notions were that it would be a upgraded whetherspoons style meal. I couldent've have been more wrong.

The food was consistent and to high standard over the 3 courses. Im not going to go into too much detail but the food was better the the price paid by quite a significant margin.
