Went for LATE Saturday dinner with two friends(9PM). Great service but food from kitchen was a disappointment. Starters of chicken liver pate, fried calamari and humous were fine but the chef appears to have given up when it came to the mains. I had the recommended ribs which, although the meat did fell off the bones, it did so for the wrong reason. The sauce was actually quite nice but unfortunately was smeared on very dry meat which slid off fossilized bones. The chopped red cabbage and carrots comforting the well cooked meat were at least quite crunchy. The chicken dish my friend had looked ok and was consumed but was a case of hunger driven rather than enjoyment. The third order of seafood/fish pie with a side order of green salad was a rather unpleasant assault on our eyes and no more friendlier to our palates. The soggy lettuce had brown edges and the avocado 'mash' poured over it was quite unforgivable (see pic). The mash potatoes on the pie looked like they were specs of dried mash scraped off the bottom of a bowl from yesterday's mash. The sauce underneath the pie were just about edible but rather bland at best. The waitresses who presented these dishes looked quite worried and they had cause to be concerned. The waitress expressed concern we did not finish our dishes and asked for our honest opinion. We gave our very honest opinions and hats off to them, they took the offending mains off our bill quite speedily. I suspect the food is normally of a much better standard and we were unfortunate to be the last table ordering after 9pm. 5 stars to the waiting staff but only 1 star for food quality (for...

Booked a table for 12, quite last minute and for a Saturday evening pre-Mother’s Day, Bills was very quiet which we were surprised by. Nevertheless, lovely venue, good lighting, seating was great, everything was really smart, clean and tidy. Great choice of food and drinks on menu, offering great versatility. Quite a range of options for vegans and vegetarians.

Service was really good, and the staff were very polite and helpful. We had dinner. All food came out amazing, each guest was singing its praises. Superb value for money. Cocktails were nice. Round of desserts also did the job, just one guest was not given a spoon for their dessert so had to ask again.

When it came to paying the bill, it was a great option to be able to pay at the table scanning the QR code and made it most advantageous for a group booking this size, as each person paid individually.

The only thing to note, is please make it clear when you offer ‘options’ like cheese and bacon to burgers, to avoid confusion with ‘extra’s’, as this poses the extra charges but it was described to us by the gentleman taking the orders that these things were ‘optional’. Yet, when it came to the receipt, it was a different tale. One of our guests ended up paying for bacon that wasn’t even ordered, but was placed in the burger, so had to pay extra.

Will come again, and great for group...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Worcester Bills restaurant and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a wonderful evening. One of the standout highlights was the exceptional service provided by Chris. He was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with enthusiasm and suggesting some amazing dishes that truly enhanced our meal. Chris’s friendly demeanor and genuine care for his guests made us feel like we were part of the Worcester Bills family. Now, let’s talk about the food! Every dish we ordered was nothing short of spectacular. The flavours were vibrant and fresh, showcasing a perfect blend of ingredients. I especially enjoyed the calamari, which was cooked to perfection and packed with flavour. The presentation was top-notch, making each dish a feast for the eyes as well. If you're looking for a place that offers fantastic service and mouthwatering food, Worcester Bills is an absolute must-visit. Thank you, Chris, for making our night special! I can't wait to return and try more of the menu. Highly...

I quite like Bills, and like the breakfasts here. They're usually quick to seat you, pleasant helpful staff, and although there is background music, it is audible and stays in the background. I ordered the breakfast, no black pudding, instead I had extra bacon. I like my eggs to have solid yoke, and they have done this every time. The only thing I didn't like were the fried potatoes which were dry. My daughter ordered the meatballs at the servers suggestion, and really enjoyed them.

Visited as a group of 10 and the staff were super friendly and helpful in putting a table together to accommodate us. I had the halloumi burger which was good - there was so much halloumi, I couldn't actually finish it. The toppings and garnishes were nice, as were the chips! My only small complaint would be that the bottle of Bill's lager was not chilled at all whic, was disappointing as it had been a hot day!
