The food at a five-star restaurant is a testament to culinary excellence, where every dish is crafted with the utmost precision and care. These culinary artists meticulously select the finest ingredients, often sourced locally or from exclusive suppliers, ensuring unparalleled quality and freshness. We booked to celebrate my birthday and pre ordered the martini tree. We arrived (and bear in mind it was 15:30 and still broad daylight) there was music blaring so loud you couldn't hear a thing, it felt like a nightclub, and despite the fact we'd preordered drinks, we had to go to the bar and reorder? This makes preordering a little redundant, really if there isn't someone waiting to collect payment and sort your drinks that knows what's going on.

No one at the bar knew what to do and kept telling us to speak to other members of staff and when we finally found someone who seemed to know how to deal with us, she said in quite a rude tone "well you only paid £20 deposit, you still have to pay for the rest" well, seeing as I can in fact do basic maths, I was already aware of this. We just needed someone who actually knew how to process our cocktail tree request in the first place rather than keep passing us around. Her colleague was much nicer and he sorted my free birthday prosecco as well.

Probably wouldn't return, which is a shame as it used to be alright in here, but this experience has really soured my impression of the place. I wasn't the only one who felt like our business was a huge inconvenience either. You get what you pay...

Been here on a few occasions and the service is always incredibly slow when getting drinks. Looking at other reviews this is a common problem people have here.

Came here for New Years Eve and we got there around half 11 and went to the bar, at about ten to 12 the DJ shouted "bar is closing at 5 to so get over there now." Or words to that effect - It was then reopening at ten past.

As soon as we were about to be served we were told the bar closed, even though we had been waiting for almost half an hour and the DJ had been telling people to go to the bar.

The people next to us were also annoyed and left, but we decided to wait for the countdown. After midnight they played Auld Lang Syne for around 10 seconds, and then went straight into the shite of Despacito.... what a way to start the new year.....

The manager was also very rude when we asked him why we couldn't get served, saying that we had been given a 5 minute warning. But not much help when we had been queuing for 20 minutes before that and then the DJ was encouraging people to go to the bar before it closed.

Luckily it was free to get in so a cheap night as didn't have to pay entry and then couldn't...

Bottom less brunches have never been so enjoyable and quick as they were here. Our server, I can't remember her name but she's been there years and smashed the bottomless brunches each time.. she was amazing. Super good at her job, very attentive and quick at coming back with your order. The atmosphere was good as the local horse racing was on at Worcester. I thought I was able to impress the party I was with, which didn't end well when I was hanging out my parents (I'm in my 30's too!) Back window spewing. Nonetheless, it was a great day and worth the money we paid. The food was surprisingly tasteful. We each had something different but there were no complaints and we had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. I definitely recommend this place for your bottomless brunches. Pro tip: don't try and be a hero 🤣🤣

Me & my friends came on for bottomless brunch on Saturday and had a great time. All staff were lovely. The lady we had was brilliant, we were surprised how she remembered our orders without her pad sometimes. I lost the receipt with her name on unfortunately, but she was blonde/light brown and I think her name began with T? our booking was 3-5 under Ellyse if that helps. Would definitely come again. There wasn’t a single fault and the food was lovely. Even better, they could manage me and my friends after about 10 drinks each so that’s a bonus lol! 🩷✨🥂🫶🏽
