Review for Black and White Restaurants, Worcester

Popped into Black and White Restaurants in Worcester, and what can I say? The décor is absolutely beautiful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The music added to the experience, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.

We all ordered the brie, bacon, and cranberry panini with sweet potato fries and salad, and everything was outstanding. My son had the raspberry cooler, which was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour.

A huge bonus – it’s dog-friendly, which is always a win! It’s great to find a place where you can enjoy a fantastic meal without having to leave your furry friend behind.

I would 100% recommend Black and White Restaurants in Worcester. Whether you’re looking for a relaxed bite to eat or a place to unwind with great food and service, this spot is well...

Just received an order from Black & White. Fully English ordered. Really disappointed. Came in a cardboard box, which is fine, but as the beans were not provided separately, the beans were everywhere, they should have been served separately for delivery. It seems everything had been precooked, apart from the egg (I asked for the egg well done, and it was not) they state sautéed mushrooms, these were the worst part in my opinion, must have been out of a tin, and held in water with a strong taste of vinegar (inedible). After this disappointment, I was looking forward to the smoothie. I had 'morning glory'... Again really disappointed. Not much fresh produce used with an abundance of pineapple juice. Not worth £15 (ish). Please note that I am really not that picky when it comes to an English breakfast, but this was appalling. Please get a better quality of beans & fry...

The owner's attitude was just revolting. We came in looking forward to the nice things we'd heard but was left feeling miserable and unwanted by what seemed like the manager from hell. We sadly got through half our coffee before having to leave after hearing abusive language from the manager towards one of his staff which left everyone seated feeling awkward and pitiful of the poor staff having to work under such an authoritarian style of management.

If that wasn't enough we were thrown on to a unclean table by the manager who didn't seem bothered and refused to have us on the many other clear tables insisting they were booked.

Will definitely not be going back as good coffee doesn't blind me of such mistreatment and I would give a fair warning to anyone looking to work for them or wanting a...

This was my first time here and had breakfast at 11am. So happy they do the all day breakfast. The menu is jam packed with amazing food all day long. Many brunch options and plenty to drink. It also has a bar inside so many lots of alcoholic beverages. It is a small little cafe, a little cramped when busy as you come in but when seated, it is very cosy. Customer service was great, as they were friendly and polite and pretty much got our order 5 minutes in after we decided what we wanted and the food was delivered to us quickly as well in less than 10 minutes. The food was outstanding. Never had a breakfast that good in my life. Definitely returning ASAP.

The lady who welcomed us we arrived was good. She explained what a Scioche was - a cross between a scone and a brioche. A younger lady came to take our order & I asked for a Scioche asking what flavour jam they had. She didn't know but said "strawberry probably". I said that was fine, but I didn't want the marmalade it came with (strange) or the butter. We struggled to hear what she was saying as she kept speaking behind a menu card. Her response was to giggle & say, yes! Scioche arrived with cheap cash & carry jam, marmalade & butter. The coffee was fine, but no, I wouldn't visit again .

We had the pleasure of indulging in the Sunday roast, featuring exquisitely tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef that was a true delight. The roasted potatoes were cooked to perfection, and the accompanying vegetables added a wonderful balance of flavors. Chef Ted, your culinary skills truly shine at the Black and White. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a memorable Sunday roast experience; you're guaranteed not to be disappointed.
