Golden Dragon — Restaurant in Wychavon

We used to like ordering takeaways from here as the food & service was always good. However the last three consecutive times we have ordered from here, we have had an item missing from our takeaway order. The first time it was a plain rice, the next it was the pancakes for the duck pancakes & this time it was the duck for the duck pancakes. We rang them once we realised that it was missing & they hadn't even cooked it so it must have been completely forgotten about. So we went back down to collect the duck & no refund or goodwill gesture was offered even though previously they have given us a bottle of Coke as a goodwill gesture & to say sorry. The managers attitude was you've now got all if your food so you don't need a refund or even just an apology. The service was slow when we went to collect the first time & because they missed off an item we had to come back out. Very poor customer service & we won't be going back...

Atmosphere is not existing, clean tables and cutlery something that can't be said for the years od stains carpet. Service was poor, nobody asked if we want more drinks or if we are happy with the food just very odd (no they weren't busy we were the only ones there) Food - plate garnish was shredded iceberg lettuce, started was ok average taste, main the meat dish was ok what was absolutely inedible was "bird's nest" something that I usually love little bit crispy little bit soft soaked with the juices/gravy well this was rock hard uncooked manky hard noodles and when I told the waitress she said that's how irs always done... We will not be back And I recommend you to find another Chinese food or any other food...

Only ate from here two times I normally go Chinese food centre down the road. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m not used to the way golden dragon cooks as their noodles were greatly different very dry and thin. But both times now have had a real bad tummy and can’t stay off toilet, this time I think I’ve got some sort of food poisoning as I keep getting very dizzy and lightheaded and massively bad cramps in my belly along with can’t keep off toilet.
