Koffee & Cake — Restaurant in Wychavon

I have to share my appalling experience at Koffee and cake today. Me and my partner found a seat where he sat with my little girl. We queued up as normal. One sat with the toddler, one in the queue.

A member of staff then came and asked us to leave so another family could sit down. Though they had 2 adults, no one had sat at a table and was no space for them.

It was incredibly embarrassing and we have been made to feel inferior to the other family. Even though they had no sense to reserve a table.

I was told by the waitress that it is how it’s done there. You order and then sit down, despite no sign or information about their seating policy.

I know some people love this place but I don’t think this was fair and won’t ever...

I visited this absolute gem of a coffee shop today with my wife & now feel guilty I hadn't found it sooner!

We had 2 lattes & a crunchy millionaires cake to share and I have to say the cake was amazing!

The staff were exceptionally friendly & very quick to serve even when busy (unlike a certain chain shop just down the road 👀), the coffee was super smooth and didn't have a single bitter taste to it at all.

I had a genuine 5 star experience here, and clearly the reviews on here also reflect that.

Drop the chain shop, come here instead & then thank me later (by buying me more amazing...

If I lived closer, I would live here. Such a great little find. It’s actually perfect as it is, so cosy , but so friendly and just the best coffee for miles !

The cake choices are insane, and the frappes were just wonderful !

I had the white chocolate millionaire short bread , a flat white and the others had butterscotch and coconut frappes and a cheese scone .

We can’t wait to visit again, there’s so many cakes I still...
