Came today with family a group of us, in all fairness the sitting area in the middle we did not realize was the restaurants. We had bought our own pop for the children, a man came over and loudly told us were not allowed our own drinks or food and pointed to the sign on the table. The children were then playing with a ball which accidently hit the marquee (not hard) the same man shouted at them so everybody could hear, I turned to ask what he said to them and he said the marquee is hired and not theirs so to be mindful - we apologised. My glass of water with ice in had lipstick all around the rim it was filthy, my partner took it back and the guy behind the bar just snatched it and gave a clean glass with fresh water, no apologies or anything. The whole time we was there the man that first approached us was sat on the benches smoking with some ladies and kept looking over at us, or kept walking past looking at us, whole time we was there we was being watched like hawks absolutely pathetic. The atmosphere was vile. I've never known anything like it. Can't comment on food as we had already ate before we came as we didn't know there was a restaurant but the food being bought out to others looked nice. But atmosphere wise the staff member needs sorting out. The attitude on him was disgusting. Not professional in...

We have always enjoyed stopping for a tray of chips and coffee whilst out for the day and enjoy looking out over the river. On this occasion the coffees were served in crock mugs. I realise I should have requested take away but didnt think. The server said she'd bring the chips to us. She was very nice I have no complaints there. When they arrived the chips were served in what I would describe a small 'cereal/salad' bowl. I really don't think they were good value atall. I was charged I think £4 a portion. They were straight cut basic chips that cam be purchased very cheap. I felt I had to return the tray, unused condiments, and empty mugs and bowls back indoors. I wish I had been offered take away trays as we weren't eating indoors or sitting outside and my mobility isn't great. The whole area is special to us its a shame we were dissapointed on this occaison, sadly my elderly parents dont want to return for chips. Please in future think of customer satisfaction and ask if customers would like take...

I had the BIGGEST breakfast here and have to start by saying it was exceptional value for money for what I had. There was a steady flow of people, mostly cyclists coming to visit and in summer this place has a setting like to other to sit outside by the river.

However, when we arrived the staff were sitting out the front smoking on the front step which didn't make for a very welcome approach, and the service was basic - we approached the bar to order and it took a while for someone to take the order despite the lack of people there when we first arrived.

We all loved our meals, and when we did get food it was hot, big portions and the kids adored their pancakes. Would see definitely recommend coming here for a roast or a fry up, but it's more on the side of greasy spoon than upmarket restaurant. (To be clear, this isn't a complaint, I personally prefer this laid back atmosphere but it wasn't quite what I had...

Visited Evesham and walked the circular Evesham walk and came across this hidden gem. We sat in the garden which is for customers only, which overlooks the River Avon and the hand pulled pedestrian ferry. The two panninis were very generous with fillings, and served with side salads, and the Choca Mocha and Americano were spot on. All of that for £21. Would definitely visit again, and to be honest, I'd be inclined to park there to start my walk around Evesham.

Big portions. Beautiful homely place to visit, to chill, eat or just have a drink and watch the world go by. The scenery is lovely and peaceful. Lovely place, noticed that there is a little camping site nearby too, will check it out soon as it looked very quiet and so peaceful.

Great place for food with walking options alongside the river. Bank holiday Sunday lunch took 23 minutes from order to table when outside seating was nearly full (~50 people). Car parking £3. Latte £2.70. Dirty chips (with chilli) £12.
