My first visit inside Old School Café on 05/08/25, while visiting a relative in Evesham she suggested we eat here for Lunch. The staff firstly made us very welcome with my mum using a wheelchair & a very cosy atmosphere inside. Most of us decided on different meals & one option caught my eye a Ploughman's Lunch & I couldn't resist, all the meals were served within a short time-frame, my Ploughman's Lunch was delicious & plenty on the plate. Visiting my relatives here in the UK from Australia a Ploughman's Lunch isn't easy to find Down Under A most enjoyable Lunch & excellent friendly service. Menu prices very reasonable.

In the picturesque market town of Evesham* for the weekend, my partner and I had breakfast at this cafe, which is on the site of an historic school. Run by a cook and a baker, the food was delicious. As the cafe is opposite Evesham Veterinary Hospital, I bought the attached book (which shows the hospital on its front cover). This is because my nephew is a Vet and he has a beautiful son called Oliver (the name of one of the doggies in the book). * I was told at church (featured on the cover of this book too) that Evesham has the most Grade I protected historic buildings in the UK.

Great little café. Stopped in on the way to a client meeting. Incredible service and excellent food. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. They do a very cool thing where the customer writes what they want on their breakfast on a piece of paper and then handing it over so they get the selection right. They were very accommodating for our dairy free needs and were incredibly smiley and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely go back there for sure. One of the best breakfast we've had in a long time ❤️

This cafe is situated just outside of Evesham, not far from the Abbey site.

Upon entry, we received a warm greeting from the young woman behind the till who took our drinks order and showed us to a table.

We were given a menu and decided to have a couple of scones, jam, and butter with our coffees. There were lots of options on the menu, so the café can cater for all times of the day and sizes of appetite.

The coffee was good, strong, and tasty. No latte art, but I suppose that's just one of those things. The scones were OK, nothing special and a little bit tasteless, to be honest.

The decor is the café was good, but the café is all tables as far as we could see with no cosy nooks to sit in and drink your coffee.

The best part of the café was the polite, friendly, and attentive staff. They're definitely 5 stars and a credit to the business.

Overall, our experience was...

Visited yesterday with my toddler for a private baby shower in their function room. All the staff were incredibly friendly, service with a big smile. I ordered the cheeseburger and fries which was absolutely delicious and very generous portions! I also had a decaf cappuccino which was equally delicious! On my way out I purchased a takeaway chocolate milkshake which was huge and topped with whipped cream, chocolate and sprinkles!! Lovely to see the place so busy on a sunny Saturday afternoon. I'm a good distance away but would return anytime. I thanked a couple on the way out which I believe may have been the owners. We have a café too and know the work that goes into making it a success, so hats off to you, what an absolute gem. Evesham should be very privileged...

I went to the counter to order food and was told I had to write my order down, which I did. I then returned to the counter (by this time I was now 3rd in the queue.) The person in the front of me was reading out what they had written and the lady behind the counter was filling in a form. I said what is the point of writing it down if you are filling in a form. The chef then said customers are useless so I need a copy so they cannot say I have the order wrong. I said so customers are useless and said I'm leaving and going elsewhere. Shame as I have heard the food is good. My brother and I then went to Wearherspoons, which was amazing and...
