Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

Used to go to the pizza buffet (not been for over a decade) and always thought it was a quantity over quality type deal. We usually order from other pizza takeaways for the family but thought I'd give pizza hut a try this week thinking there'd be more careful and quality over their buffet pizzas. Had a deal price or I wouldn't have ordered as one large pizza apparently costs £32. Surely nobody ever pays that price? I was so disappointed upon open the box. Firstly just how small it was for a large pizza, but ok how does it taste. If it was a 10" pizza the topping were all inside the inside 5" maybe less. With each slice your first 2 bits including topping (hardly any cheese at all). Just felt like dry bread with some pork, pineapple and jalapeño chunks on. Could not taste the BBQ base sauce at all. Just dry bread with chunks on. When you pick uo the slice all the topping fall off as there was no base or sauce to hold them in place. In all truth I don't think I would pay £5 for it. Seems one of those places that would be better for you to keep your money and they keep...

We went in with a group of kids for my nephews birthday, Sunday 7th Sept 25.When we went to ask for a table, the lady refused to give us a table, as they only had 2 staff on, and they wont be able to manage! So as we were there another group come along for a table of 7, after ooing and arring they decieded to let us in.

The pizza buffet isnt what it used to be like when I was a kid! The salad bar tasted old, the breadsticks were out of date!

Theres one lady who works there who was proper grumpy, I ask for a straw, she wondered off, the ice cream machine was empty! The place in general was unclean and not looked after.

Really poor from pizzahut, no staff, no service! there lots of people in kiddy will take a job at pizzahut if you are short staff, better still replace those who are not doing job that they are paid to do. This place needs to be closed, and get proper management in to sort this mess out!

Pizza hut really need to look at this store, no point employing staff if they dont want to be helpful or even want to work there!

Really friendly team, every person we spoke gave the impression they were genuinely happy to interact and look after us. Had one of the oilest pepperoni pizzas ever though so couldnt eat much, but what I did eat was nice enough. Bizarre they supposedly stopped doing garlic and herb dip, so eating a pizza with just plain mayo felt odd.

The place is quite echoey, so the kids birthday party in the corner feels exceptionally noisy even though the kids were well behaved and just being kids. Other than slightly cornering an area off, an improvement would be wall mount acoustic panels, ceiling tiles etc.

An easier win though would be to label the sauces around the salad bar, because you don't know what you're getting into which isn't for everyone.

I still prefer the competition for Pizza, but at least you can eat in somewhat comfortably here and the pizza buffet is generally really good - the pasta is...
