The work and effort that has gone into the venue is second to none. I would highly recommend checking this place out. The staff are very courteous and are always eager to help. The seating is spacious, the food is very flavoursome and quantiable, the juke box is on, pool table and a dart board with an electronic scoring machine. The drink selection is impressive and has several offers on throughout the day. The outside space overlooks the park, and although I couldn't find any direct access from the pun garden down to the park, you can easily oversee the kids play in there whilst having a cold one. There is no free parking, but that goes for everywhere in Stourport, but there are several car parks within 50m away making it very convenient. The rotating live entertainment acts put on a Stella performance and get most people out of their seat. It shows that this place is ran with care and tries to bring back the core values of a local, family friendly, fun pub. I visited throughout winter and will definitely be returning on the warmer, sunnier days with the family. P.s. the spicy wings are hot!!! And the chips are LAAAARGE

Took the family here after a day out in Stourport. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do for a jam packed day. We stopped for a bite to eat and was blown away. The prices were reasonable but the quality and portions sizes blew us all the way. It was fresh, carefully crafted and really hearty pub food. Even my 7 year old daughter said they were the best chicken nuggets she had ever had and got upset when she had no room to finish it (this never happens). I had the medium spicy chicken wings and they blew me away! Definitely coming back for the hottest ones when I can psyche myself up. Place was clean and quiet at about 1pm and the barmaid managed and cared for us very well. Drink selection was above standard with a wide range to cover all bases. I stayed for another drink whilst the Mrs and daughter went to play in the park below. It was great to watch them from the outside terrace. I have been told it becomes more of a party towards the late afternoon / evening which gives a great option for family dining or adult evening. 100% will be coming back with the parents. See if it can impress my mother.

Please find other options. Had to move seats due to flies and ant infestation. The carling and Pepsi tasted like water. The beer i wanted wasn't on apparently. Bar lady was busy adjusting her earings over the optics area in the mirror. Says food until 9 but is in fact 8..... more worried that under 18s have to leave by 9. Enjoyed playing hide and seek to find the gents. Wish I hadn't. Transparent doors, fish wallpaper on the ceilings and no way to sanitise properly due to a lack of soap in both ladies and gents. At least the manager signs it off on the door, so I must be seeing something different to the standard required to meet HSE law. Felt uncomfortable and out of place 🙃

We use the Bridge quite often, went in today with the Granddaughter for a treat. No Carling, No Fosters and then placed order for the lamb rogan josh! That was a surprise, FULL OF CARROTS two tiny pieces of meat and hardly any sauce. Not sure perhaps sold out over the weekend and trying to make it stretch? This will not get punters to return as most pubs at the moment are giving 30% discounts on meals and some drinks too! As an ex pub and resturant owner I know to well once a bad experience and review its very difficult to get that custom back! The Bridge had a good refurb and Alex runs the pub great, just a shame today felt very let down with the food! If its a case of running short then dont serve it. Better to say out of stock than tiny portions! Will still retry the Bridge and speal with Alex...
