Wing Hing Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Aberdeen Township

THERE WAS A DEAD FLY COOKED INTO MY FOOD!!! DONT EAT FROM HERE SUPER DIRTY AND UNCLEAN PLACE. i called and let them know my issue and they said they would make me another plate of food, no refund no nothing. and they wanted me to bring the dead insect in the sauce back to them. and i told them it was gross and it belongs in the garbage. how do you tell someone to bring back a dead insextbthey found in their food. i offered to take a picture of it and then they start acting like they don’t speak english. and they get mad at me for being disgusted. save yourself the time and energy and just order from somewhere else and not get dead insects cooked into your food. at first i thought the fly was a piece of pepper but i touched it and the wings fell off and the head came off of the body. not sure how the cooks didn’t realize this and not sure why they wouldn’t even try to make up for this disgusting incident is now why i’m writing...

I order from here alot but today 2/1/2018 i was so disappointed. A person took my order (young lady) who was in a rush to give me my total everytime i added to the list. I had 6 things to order and she gave me a total each time which tells me she wasn't listening and she was in a rush to get off the phone. I had a coupon and they didnt' bring my eggrolls to honor my coupon. I asked for a specific amount of dumpling sauces and they send me one with it dripping. So now I am sitting here with many dumplings and no sauce. I called the place back and waiting for them to bring my dumpling sauces and honor my coupon. Its been 40 minutes and no return visit yet and my food is cold . I spent 28 years in customer service and key to CS is good listening skills. This place has annoyed me tremendously tonight. So I have going to this place well before the renovation. I just came back with my post renovation order. Not the same 1- no more combination dinners. Now you pay extra for the egg roll. This place has to be the only take out Chinese restaurant with no combo. And, the egg roll is 1/3 rd smaller and very hollow inside. 2 . How about this. The dumplings, if you want fried dumplings, not steamed, $1.00 extra. That’s like being charged extra because you want your steak medium rare. 3- Chicken with garlic sauce, I’m still looking for the chicken. Could they cut the chicken pieces any smaller, to the point of shredded.
