Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Aberdeen

This Papa John‘s is horrible!!! Call was made to order a pepperoni and beef pizza. Waited about an hour to get the pizza only for the pepperoni topping to be only on a few slices and the beef thrown in the middle of the pizza not spread throughout the pizza. I could have gotten a better pizza at Little Caesars. I called the store, after talking to someone on the central line, and the lady had me on hold after I told her of my complaint for about thirty minutes. I didn’t receive a call back nor were my concerns addressed. The customer service for this location is not up to the quality that Papa John’s say that they work hard to achieve. I’m writing this review because everyone needs to know about this horrible service and I am hoping that they are able to make a change in their standards of service before this location is closed down like so many other restaurants in Aberdeen/Southern Pines area. I only order pizza from this Papa John's location. They treat me like gold, pay attention to my requests and always help me find ways to save money on my orders. I don't order well done cooked anymore because it can burn the pizza crust sometimes, and regular baking is just fine. It always arrives hot and fresh by a friendly delivery person. I try to order around peak times so I don't end up 3rd in line. Sometimes things happen, but the store always makes it right for me. Develop an ordering relationship with this store and you will see what I mean. Pick the store closest to your home or go pick up for maximum temperature control. I ordered this pizza from work at pinehurst resort. I think there was a bad connection, so when they called from the front they had the wrong number. They were very nice about it and sent the pizza out again. There was some confusion and it ended up at the hotel rather than the golf course and the young lady was very patient with me and understanding as I just moved into town and struggle with directions. There was also a miscommunication about paying by card, even though I gave them the number when I ordered, it was rung in as cash. While the employee at the store sounded pretty frustrated, the driver was still very understanding. While I won't torture them again by having them deliver to my work, definitely would order...
