Had been a frequent customer these past few months. Have really appreciated the customer service until today. Normally when I have gone in Claudette was who I worked with. I have been buying the same amount of hemp flower every four to five days for the past couple months. Today Ryan was going to charge me twice what I have been paying for the usual amount. I tried to show him the charges on my credit card as evidence that he was overcharging me. His customer service is deplorable. I asked when Claudette would be in so I could come back when she was in, and was informed that he couldnāt divulge that information. Lame.
