Pros. Very clean, corporate gym. Good selection of dumbells and machines. It's well lit, and it has nice, clean bathroom facilities. Tons of cardio machines of all types. Great pricing on basic memberships.
Areas they could improve. I wish they had a freestanding bench/squat bay, but I get it that it's a safety concern.
They would also benefit from adding another hamstring machine and swapping out the lock mechanism on the one in the front room. And they would do well to have staff&trainers citculate more often.
I see all kinds of bad/dangerous form when cruising through, and people using machines set at incorrect heights, depths and inappropriate weights. Some guests are really rough on the gear which over time degrades the equipment faster than it should.
Final notes. Please post signs in the cable machines to encourage members to use the end spots for unilateral deltoid work, lats, triceps, and biceps... And leave the central stations open for those who want to do bilateral...

The whole year of 2024 I paid my monthly membership fee and NEVER stepped foot into a Planet Fitness. I figured rather that continue to throw money away, I would cancel my membership so that is what I did today and to my surprise, I was told it would cost me $58 to cancel my membership after GIVING them over $300 last year. That did not set well with me especially when nothing was said at the time I signed up about a cancelation fee and I specifically asked if there were any additional fees other than the $25 monthly fee at any time and the response was no which was a LIE in 2 ways, the cancelation fee of $58 and the $49 fee charged yearly plus the $25.
