I have never have such poor customer service in my life. I love Rita’s and this most recent. Visit unfortunately ruined my respect on employment. I ordered the Ice Flight, and the employee accidentally drops a penny into my ICe flight. 1 section. “ No big deal, can you please make me a new one? “ I requested that a new one be made. The worker looks at me like I’m being extra for asking for a new one. the worked refused. There’s a line of people behind me and o don’t want to be inconsiderate to the rest of the customers. So I decided NOT TO ARGUE , with the employee and move on to allow the employee the OPPORTUNITY TO DO THE RIGHT THING…. Well that person failed. At this moment I don’t know if I am more upset at the fact the employee thinks it’s okay to serve a person Rita’s Ice after dirty money drops in it, or the fact the employee was Too LAZY to Provide better customer service and just make a new one instead. They seriously allowed me to Walk away serving me dirty Rita Ice. If I was the Franchise/Business Owner,I WOULD WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THIS. This is just STRAIGHT NASTY! I walked to the Rita’s with my boyfriend because it felt nice outside 85%, he tried to used the coupon 2 large ices for $6.99 and their manager said that they can’t honor the coupon because of the price of the large ices. Now why send out coupons that say that you can get the ices for one price and then all of a sudden you can’t honor that coupon.They said the best thing they can do is take a $1 off the price, that’s not even a discount honestly.
