Went through drive thru. Order taker, cashier and the drink lady were very polite. The shift manager was another story. We had to pull forward , that was fine. We ordered 2 homestyle meals and a happy meal. About 10 minutes later the shift manager comes out with 2 happy meals, nope not ours. She goes to the 2nd car hands them the happy meals goes back in the store then returns with a bag then goes in again and comes back out with something else. That car leaves. (She should have paid full attention and made sure she had the correct and complete order before clearing the screen and walking out). Now we are approaching 20 minutes shift manager comes out with a bag and i ask for the happy meal then she ask what we ordered so i show her the receipt, she takes it with her and after a few more minutes she finally comes out with the happy meal. I ask for my receipt (which I keep to balance my check/visa register) and the girl rolls her eyes and says ill be back. So the drice thru is steady and its been a few minutes so i go in the store and ask if im getting my receipt back. This girl with her back towards me says "i was talking to a customer" i look at her like what am I.. So as the young man behind the counter tries to help me, she walks past me to a register where no one was waiting, tells the young man to give me the receipt on the counter by where she was just at, and as im making sure its mine (I dont have my glasses on) with a tone in her voice tells me that it is mine. I look at her and let her know I would be reporting her to corporate. She says "go for it". The food was now really cold and i was not going back in because my true colors were going to erupt. I worked for McDonald's for 5 years. I was a shift manager. Now this was over 20 years ago but we took care of our customers and we respected everyone of them. Rich or poor, young or old and every race. No one was better than the other. But the kids these days have no respect. If the owners continue to allow their employees to treat their customer's like this, eventually there wont be a business. I truly hope this McDonald's gets their act together and remembers where their service and values were...
Read moreWorst location in a 100+ mile radius. Staff are incompetent in regards to orders. I have had my online order declined the moment I went to pick it up; ~5 minutes after breakfast, despite ordering 25-30 minutes before on lunch hour. Understandable, I guess? BUT I NEVER got my refund, especially within the week they told me I would get it. Support tells me to contact the location. I do so, but the lady on the phone doesn't care and passive-aggressively tells me to contact support, in which I do after contacting, and support tells me to call the location once more. I cant reach anyone on the phone, so I waste gas to go to the location in person, only to be told to contact support once more. Support tells me to contact the restaurant. Rinse and repeat. I gave up because 4$ isn't worth that much, i guess. Let em' have it. I made the awful decision to once more order from here a month later, but admittedly at a proper time. I come to the drive thru and they tell me their system has been down since a few minutes ago and they cannot go through with the order. (I had ordered 20 minutes ago, as that's how long it takes me to get to the location.) So I read out the code presuming they have at least made the order from tens of minutes ago, and the guy tells me he can't help me. Still haven't gotten my refund, same little goose chase. I do not know how these people "handle" orders but it is easily not efficient in the name of operation. I have worked McDonalds before, and they usually prepare the orders well before the time people are estimated to come through the line as to be efficient, especially when its busy. This store seems to have no regard for standards or principle. I have no idea what type of circus goes on here, but it needs to stop. I have never seen such a dysfunctional operation in regards to orders in my entire life. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM...
Read moreFirst off, I'm a frequent customer around 1:30-4am. Usually the food is good and customer service is at least acceptable. Recently they have a younger man work night shift (I'm assuming a manager as he wears black) and service has gone done ALOT. The on the night of 6/13/17 I drove to drive thru speaker and didn't hear any greeting. So I waited. After 2 minutes I moved forward a bit thinking their drive thru bell didn't go off. Waited another minute and repeated. Nothing. After 5 minutes (not exaggerated) at speaker I pulled forward. There were 2 cars in front of me. After another 7 minutes I made it to window and asked if the speaker was working and his response was "I was probably busy with customers". I then politely told him "It would have been nice to receive a greeting of sorts, can I place my order now at the window?" He then told me "no". I mentioned that I "had waited over 10minutes to make it to window to place order and that now I couldn't do it?!?" He then told me pull around to speaker again and I'll take your order. Fuming out the ears I did so. I waited another 15minutes total to have my order taken, get to window, and then have to WAIT on my food which was only fries and a mcdouble. When at window the young man walked away out of sight and young lady came to window. I guess I loooked perturbed as she asked "what's wrong?" I told her what had happened and that I had overall waited almost 30minutes for fries and a mcdouble. Her response was "oh". No "sorry" or apology or explanation of any kind. Finally got food and left. Usually a decent place to get a meal this early in am but with that young man it's gone down hill on customer service. Went back 6/14/17 and he was picking his nose at window and made someone's coffee.... I'm glad he doesn't handle the...
