Kay’s Cigar Sensations — Local services in Abington Township

Ladies and gentlemen. I want you all to know how truely special of a place this is. I have been into cigars for 5-6 years overall and have been to quite a few shops/lounges where the selection has been unorganized, outdated, and the staff seems to be more interested in making a sale for the shop rather than creating the best experience for the customer. But not here. I went to visit this past weekend to restock my humidor and immediately noticed the standard of care being upheld. There is a sign asking to use hand sanitizer prior to reaching in the humidor which I have never thought of before but made me happy that the cigars are only handled by clean hands. The humidor was organized by brand which made it quick and easy to locate some of my favorites. Locating and picking out singles has never been easier. The staff was incredibly friendly and customer service oriented. They were honest and knowledgeable about the stock they had vs what they didn't have and also provided some great recommendations. At the time, there was a singles sales of buy 5 and get the 6th free which also helped me get what I needed to restock my humidor. I even picked up a nice ashtray and a torch lighter. Looking at lounge, it was clean and provided a nice home type of feel that other shops and lounges I have been to just simply Do not have. There was no pressure to buy specific brands. And to top it off, there was an understanding in recommendations based off of my preferred flavor profile. This is definitely my new go to in the area and very highly recommend this business. The quality of customer service and the cigars are great! Now I know what some of you may be thinking this is a little much as certain business owners have a tendency to beg for good reviews and ratings but the owner did not ask me to and does not know that I am writing this review. Stepping in to Kay's place, what can I say... simply amazing!!!! Right away I was made to feel as though I was at right at home!!! The atmosphere has a warm feel. The décor is very earthy and the colors are amazing... the selection of cigars are top of the line. Three large cherry wood humidors are well lit and stocked with all premium sticks. The store manager Mr. Bill is very quiet lay back but is very knowledgeable and inviting. Mr. Brian Kayes husband immediately made me feel as though I was family so for all you existing cigar lovers and all you newby's please do not hesitate this will be one of Philadelphia's and Glennside's Premier cigar lounges and the place to be and also the Keswick theater is right across the street so to you miss K... wish you the best of luck and I will support you 100% thank you for your hospitality and...

This is a great place with some great people! Location is phenomenal and they are actually open! {unlike some other nearby lounges.} Decent cigar selection, there is something for everyone. They just got pipe tobacco as well, not a lot of it and not great stuff but it's there! As a primary pipe smoker if that selection grows I'd be there every day! Overall just a great place to go hang out and have a cigar a conversation with lots of different people! Go make new...
