Bullseye Burgers & Tacos — Restaurant in Abington Township

Ordering Experience: Terrible. Ordered 3 different items for lunch at 12:30 and was told that it would take 20-25 minutes to be delivered. I'm 10 minutes away from this place. Then 40 minutes later we called to find out where it was because it hadn't yet been delivered. Was told that the driver just left and it should be here soon. Finally arrived 50-60 minutes after placing the order. Giving this a 3/10 Finally got the food and go into it and start to distribute the orders amongst the 3 people ordering. 2 out of the 3 entrees ordered were correct but didn't give the salad that was ordered as well, but was given a Chicken Caesar Sandwich instead. Called them back and complained about the time it took for delivery and missing the item and was told "We apologize for that. We've been open a month and we're really busy today. We'll have the salad delivered as soon as the driver gets back". 25 Minutes later the salad arrives. The driver while dropping off the salad asks for the other item back. We'd already thrown it away, so we told him that and he walked out without argument. Not sure why he'd want it back, what was going to happen, would it be given to someone else? I dread the thought of it. Giving this customer service experience 2/10 Food Quality: The fries and sandwich were cold that came with the Chicken Roma Panini due to the long wait for the delivery. The Roma included Roasted Peppers, Spinach and Mozzarella Cheese and Chicken. The Chicken had little if any flavor and the spinach was sparse. A total of 7 leaves on the entire Panini (i wish I'd taken a photo but I was starving) and the roasted peppers were the most flavorful thing on this sandwich. Also the Classic Golden Chicken sandwich- cold and no fries included (even though the way the menu reads, it seems that they should be but due to the difference in price, I guess that's why they are not) like they were with the panini. The Chicken Caesar Salad is actually very good and fresh tasting. That is the ONLY saving grace of this order and the ONLY good thing that came out of this entire experience. Because of the salad, 3/10. I had many high hopes for this place as we need a good burger place, but this one was not the place to try the chicken. Maybe I'll give it a shot as a walk-in for a burger but I won't do delivery again or order the chicken...

Came here before Living Colour and Extreme concert at The Keswick.

The good:

I love a burger that is on a brioche bun, I think it might be the best type of bun for a burger these days.

Service was really solid and the staff friendly, despite how busy it was before a concert.

Burgers were double patties, which I do really like from that standpoint.

Fries were thicker style, so I liked that.

The Bad:

The burger was a little overdone. But, I will not hold that against them....they were really busy and could have lost track of timing on burgers. It was still tasty, but I like my burgers a little less done, maybe I should have asked for that when I ordered.

The fries were thick, but they were also the frozen variety....and if you have had fresh cut fries before, nothing else compares.

It was hot as hell inside. I get it, grill gives off lots of heat and maybe in the winter, that would be great...but, summertime it was harsh. We ate outside and it was easily 15 degrees...

When these guys opened, they were awesome. We are huge fans of supporting local places so we were all set to give our business to them. Tonight we did take out, and I ordered a chicken filet sandwich with bacon, tomato and lettuce. It was not a filet, it was a few slices of chicken which to me is not filet. And there was no bacon. My husband called to let them know (this was not the first time our order has been messed up) but that he was not going down again to get another sandwich. The person on the other end agreed that yes, the sandwich was supposed to come with bacon, but then the call got dropped or something...Sorry... I loved having them so close by but I really don't think I'm going to try this again unless I am there in person in case my order is wrong again. I will say there apparently was a show going on at the Keswick and it was hectic when my husband picked the order up, but this should not be...
