Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Abington Township

After reading the reviews I see why the female cashier had an aggressive attitude at one point when I ordered from the menu. I always come to Charley's as well and love their food! I usually get the same thing every time I come there. I went on 2/6/18 and ordered a Chicken Cheesesteak but thought it came with bacon. I was only trying to remember if it did and the cashier gets an attitude and started talking all loud pointing at the menu as if I was stupid or a little girl. I'm fully grown! I then remembered it was usually the Bacon Cheesesteak I used to get that had bacon on it but I wanted chicken this day. I always get their Bacon Fries. I pretty much laughed it off at the time saying silly me I usually get bacon on my fries. I reminded the cashier about the look on her face as well by telling her yeah I noticed that look on your face when I was saying that too. I was just being cordial because I had already had other issues that day at other stores that I was ready to just go home. I guess some people don't get it...if Yu our don't like your job quit. Patience...

I always enjoy coming here with my husband, especially with how quickly the workers are and the same rotation of people so my food is usually consistent. Today, around 12:30ish or so, there was a young lady there who had the UGLIEST attitude. Wasn’t paying attention to what my husband and I were saying and then was absent minded, didn’t take my husband’s order when I told her to add him to my order, PUT EVERYTHING ON THAT WE SAID NOT TO PUT ON, and ran my card twice. I had my husband check the bank account to ensure she didn’t purposely run it twice. She was hella rude, definitely won’t come here if she’s going to be on the register. Please management, take her off register or train her for customer service skills. Ive worked in customer service too for quite some time and you definitely lose customers with...

I give it a two because the food was good. closest thing to a philly cheesteak without going to philly. My issue is I got the cheese fries with it, ate my cheesesteak then started the fries i ate two before i lifted one up and realized a HAIR UNDER IT. I took it up and the dude goes we can get U another one if you wanna wait 10 mins. First off who tf has an appetite after that. 2nd i’d rather a refund on just the fries. Definetly won’t go to the one in warringtom ever again. But for overall kindness to the others...
