All Nordstrom Racks are not the same. This particular location is clean and staff is friendly. Their stock is decent. But inventory moves quickly so you need to check back often. Like other Nordstrom Racks, most of their merchandise is made specifically for the Rack stores. They are not the same quality as a Nordstrom store. That being said, the Rack stores do at times receive merchandise from the Nordstrom stores to clear out. You can identify items from the Nordstrom stores by their price tags.

Always find some great deals. Only thing I dont like is sometimes things are a bit messy and hard to find what you are looking for. But if your patient you will find alot of cool stuff for good prices. The womans section is much bigger then the mens which isnt to good for me but for all the ladies there are plenty of things to choose from. Recommended

Always find some great deals. Only thing I dont like is sometimes things are a bit messy and hard to find what you are looking for. But if your patient you will find alot of cool stuff for good prices. I went to the Willow Grove location to find clothes on 3 occasions; I went to the Oxford Valley location on one occasion. I can honestly say that I've only ever bought shoes at Nordstrom Rack. I didn't intend to buy shoes on any of my trips there. 😉 I've unfortunately been disappointed in their clothing stock. I will say, however, that my friend and her daughters found and purchased dresses that they went shopping for at the WG location. I left there feeling disappointed (and kind of crappy ☹). I had great success at Macy's (WG) tonight...thankfully.☺ Macy's has an area called Last Call. It's their clearance area. I bought 5...yes, 5, dresses there tonight. Macy's saved the day for me. I felt positive...

This store is incredible- great selection, friendly people, and clean environment. The real MVP of my visit today as Bergen (so sorry if I'm misspelling) from asset protection. My son had dropped his baby blanket somewhere in the store, but I was unable to find it. I bought that blanket for him when I found out I was pregnant with him and we use it daily, so we were both very upset to think it could be gone. Bergen took my information, and was able to locate it! I cannot express how thankful we are for his kindness and hard work- he truly went above and beyond today and absolutely should be recognized for being such a positive asset to Nordstrom. We will absolutely be returning to this location....

This review is making me give a star! They don’t deserve any!!! Terrible customer service at this location! The manager on duty as well as the two female employees that worked tonight (March 4th, 2019) were very rude and unprofessional! I am beyond appalled at their actions towards their customers (Me and my friend)! How can someone work for such an amazing company have such an ugly attitude? Makes me not want to step foot into this store ever again!! Both employees need some customer service courses and some common sense too! Don’t think that I’ll be coming back here ever again!
