My brother has a saying, the worse the service, the better the food. Not always true, but definitely true for here. I order here often because the food is good, even though they have recently started skimping on their proteins, but here's a great tip. If a man answers the phone just hang up and order from somewhere else. Dont waste your time. He will be extremely rude and will mess up some part of your order then blame you for it and somehow the food that gets delivered is usually worse. Not sure if the days he works there is a different team? Anyway the girl who normally answers the phone is great. She has never messed up my orders and, besides being a little curt, is not rude and pretty accommodating. The guy that takes the orders is very rude and never says Thank you! I guess he realizes that they're the cheapest and pretty much only game in town or is jus ignorant! If you think this is the greatest Chinese food, then you've never really experienced great Chinese food. Don't get me wrong, it's ok. And definitely don't ask for extra spicy because they don't have it but he will say ok when you ask for it, but you won't get it! It took me several orders and finally asking about it for him to tell me they don't make extra spicy! Ridiculous! I went here for the first time and was very disappointed. The service was horrible. I was not greeted just can I take your order and he was just bland taking my order and his responses was low toned and one worded. I went to sit down to eat and half way thru my meal was told that I couldn’t eat in there even though it says on their sign eat in.
