Wawa — Restaurant in Abington Township

It's stunning to me that the newest Wawa in the region is by far the worst. It opened not long ago, but honestly it's the most poorly run, unmaintained, generally filthy, but never well supplied Wawa in the franchise. When you look anywhere on the floor, there's trash, grime, a general stickiness to the floor. This is understandable in the kitchen, or behind the line where sandwiches are made, but not in the rest of the store.

The slush machine, soda machine, and the ice that should come out of the soda machine are never intact. This is particularly annoying because my son is 6 years old and this is often a treat we go get for him, but it's never in order. In addition, food orders are constantly wrong or missing things, or have things on them that aren't supposed to be there.

To be clear, this is not a once, twice, or even three time occurrence. This is every single time I visit this Wawa. For this reason, I'm hard-pressed to say that I will ever come back here. This is the closest Wawa, so I'm just simply going to have to spend my...

Huge fan of wawa as a whole but not a fan of this new Roslyn/ Abington location (Store 74). The smaller location up the road that closed to replace this one, made far superior food. My kids and their friends told me the food is lacking and they never get it right. I thought they were exaggerating. I was on my way home from work and stopped in and bought myself and my kids dinner. I spent over $30. Our orders were missing ingredients, my daughter practically got just bread and it was missing most of the ingredients. I called to cordially respectfully complain to the manager. I got a sorry and was told they will tell the workers to pay careful attention. No offer to make it right. I work too hard to waste money. My daughter said , “my hoagie is boring it is just bread” Gave this location a few chances and will now give my business to local small business’ for my hoagie/quick dinner needs. Ive been to several wawa locations, some on numerous occasions much like this location.

now as sad as it is to say (since I rarely give a bad review), this is by far the worst location ive been to yet, either they are out of the most basic things (like tomatos or mayo) or the person making my food just ruins it with lack of care. IDK whats going on but ive been to locations with management looking like they are fresh out of high school, and they have done a far better job then this location.

I would highly suggest avoiding this location and going to the one just up the road on york and easton. At the very least they don't run out of kitchen food items and they offer fuel.

Edit: the worst part is this is my 100th review and sadly its negative. Either they need to close this location or completely redo the management from the ground up.
