WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Abington Township

Been waiting for this place to open and was happy to see it happened last week. Tried it twice already, because they have a pretty big menu and I wanted to try some different stuff.

First, I want to say the food that we tried was great. My wife had a burger, I had a chicken sandwich. On the second trip we both had tenders and fries. All really good and fresh. I thought the tenders were better than Canes which I think are pretty bland. The fries are phenomenal. Everything seems to be cooked when you order so it's all nice and fresh, not sitting around under a heat lamp.

Where I think they have some work to do is with service. I understand it's early on so I'm understanding of these little issues, and I'm hoping a little constructive criticism can help them as they continue to train the staff. On both visits, there were minor issues with what we asked for vs what we got.. nothing major, just little things that are a little annoying, make the bill a little higher than expected, and we didn't end up with exactly what we wanted.

I think some of this comes down to them having so many options on the menu and the staff doesn't seem to understand them all yet. For instance I ordered what they call a tenders "plate" but was charged for and given a combo. The plate would have had toast and no drinks, but instead I paid a little more and got 2 drinks I didn't want, and no toast. I think they also sauced them at first, which was caught by the apparent manager/owner, but that made my wait even longer.

When I ordered the chicken sandwich, I asked for their spicy chicken sandwich, but got a buffalo chicken sandwich which the menu implies are two different things. It was still good, but not quite what I was trying to get. They also have 2 different types of hot sauce.. one of them is free next to the ketchup and one seemingly costs a dollar, whereas other dipping sauces come with the tenders for free.. no big deal but it's just kind of all over the place, kind of strange.

Overall I really liked the food and I hope the service continues to improve so they can be successful. I think for now I'm going to wait until they have online ordering before I go back, so I can enter exactly what I want without the risk of...

Sooooo disappointing :( ordered the jerk chicken wings and they were literally just hot sauce. The sauce was bright red. I double checked and asked if they used the wrong sauce just to make sure but was told that it actually is their jerk chicken sauce. If you know REAL jerk chicken, you know the sauce is NOWHERE near red. Buffalo Wild Wings does a PERFECT jerk chicken sauce. Now I know to only go there for those. Also tried the lemon pepper and was even more disappointed. It was literally just a plain chicken wing with a sprinkle of pepper. No lemon flavor, just plain chicken wing. I thought it was good. I got cheese fries and 3 pc tenders. The fries were good, hot and cheesy. The tenders were crispy and juicy. Staff was nice and tables were clean. I only have 2 thoughts...you can order a small or large fry, but you can only order a large cheese fry (no small cheese fry) weird. Also, I don't like to see the employees eating behind the counter. That's why there should be a break room. It's just not sanitary. And for those of you complaining about crispy not being crispy, when you get food to-go and it sits in a container, it is going to loose some of the crispiness if not all...
