Lux Nail Spa — Local services in Upper Moreland Township

Usually don't go to other nail salons but decided to change it up a bit. My friend and I were getting two refills. I called ahead to place a appointment at 6:15. Took me on time however, my friend waited close 15 mins for one of ladies to finish their client! They did follow all covid-19 guidelines. The lady who was doing my nails was on personal FaceTime(s) during my appointment. Talk about inappropriate and unprofessional!!! My nails came out jagged and disproportionate to the nail on the other hand. I asked for a simple design on four of my nails, a design is $5 for each nail so I expecting a good job, however the lady didn't use the right colors and messed up the design completely!!!! Never...

I came in today literally at 6:15 thinking they closed at 7:00 p.m. 😭 I had a dinner party the next day and my nails looked a mess 😭

When I walked in Naveen said we close at 6:00... Me:😭😭😭😭 Me: i said ohhh noo i thought 7pm

She said but I'll take you🥹🙏🏽 She stayed for me and did a beautiful full set because I told her i had a dinner party Tommrw and needed a full set.

She actually had a dinner to be at this night and stayed for me 💖 Thank you Love

Not only did she stay for me But they help me find the perfect shade of pink and did a beautiful coffin set!

Update: I wrote this review about 2 months ago. I happened to stroll into lux nail Spa for a quick manicure.. Just by luck of the draw I was given Moon. She was a beautiful woman a long Auburn hair in a beautiful smile. As she did my nails she did not seem to talk to you much. Over the next 2 months I probably got my nails done once a week haha. Not because it was necessary but because I wanted to see Moon. The whole staff there is wonderful but I think I'm really in love with Moon.. Love you Khan to the...
