If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off clothes for the company to purchase close to an hour and a half ago. A woman was working, took the clothes, and said it would be an hour and call me once they’re done. I drove 30 minutes from home, purposely went out to eat to waste time, and come back an hour and a half later (no phone call). I come back to 2 young staff members working. The one at the register showed me the items they would like to buy. When I asked how much, she started stuttering and stating she doesn’t know what she’s doing and has never done “buys” before. She asked the other girl if she knew how to work the system to which she responded “I don’t even know what that means”. After asking if she could call a manager since she doesn’t know what she’s doing, she tells me there’s no contact information for management or the owner, to which she asks me if I know the owner and have their contact information. (Why would I have the owners phone number????) Over 2 hours of my time was wasted dealing with teenager staff members that don’t know what they’re doing, and an unprofessional establishment that doesn’t even leave their employees with contact information for owners or managers. Then, the lady at the register tells me I can just take my stuff and leave then proceeds to throw a bag containing what they wanted to “buy” across the counter. Extremely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. Would never do...
Read moreDon't waste your time with this nonsense. As the website advised, I freshly laundered my items (3 bins worth) and neatly folded them. I brought all 3 bins into the store and waited a reasonable amount of time, maybe 15 minutes, for them to go thru my items. They took 3 pair of maternity pants and offered me $6.00. Their reason for not taking the other items.... condition (just about everything was practically brand new worn only a couple of times, some things maybe once! Then the other excuse was they have too much inventory on silimar items. HELLOOOOO.... that's b/c your prices are TOO HIGH for resale! Take a look around the store. Name brand items may command a higher price but seriously, size 2T Carters pajamas for $6.00? Used? Really, I can get them for less than that brand new in Kohl's. So now they are done picking thru my freshly laundered and nealty folded items and what do they do? Toss them back into the bins like they were going into a laundry hamper.
Not only will I NEVER try to bring my items there again, I wouldn't even consider shopping there. I saw someone describe their inventory as Ghetto - yeah, that pretty much sums it up.
PS - the brands I brough there were Ralph Lauren, CK, Gap, H&M, Jones NY, DKNY, Nine West - NAME BRANDS!!!! Obviously too good for the customers they attract if they feel they're unable to sell...
Read morePlease avoid this place at all cost . I was told that if I was to bring in my Moncler coat with verification they will buy. I get there and the lady is telling me she doesn’t know if it’s real. Mind you I bring in receipts the Neiman Marcus bag the Moncler hanger all the bells and whistles, not to mention the receipt serial number matches the number on the tag on the coat. I’m standing there waiting for a response for a hour while she literally looking at the same spots and asking customers that walk in if they own a real Moncler coat . Like there opinion matters enough to give me a decision . This place is ghetto and needs to be shut down . If you come in with expensive items they WILL try to lowball you and disrespect your knowledge . DONT DO IT. Also was told this places doesn’t welcome plus size individuals . I suppose if you have no choice at all but if you have a legit choice...
