Dunkin' — Restaurant in Abington

November 19th, 2020 around 5:30pm. A woman sitting there at the sandwitch station, doing her job but absolutely no mask on. My younger sister who was with me has an immune disease.. we both had our masks on (we were in car doing drive thru), and the man that gave us our 2 drinks (vanilla chais that were just cold milk and powder) has his mask dangling off. I’m disgusted. I’m reaching out to Dunkin Donuts corporate because clearly workers at this location are comfortable working without masks on despite their being cameras...

I’m at a loss for words, this is maybe one of the best Dunkin Donuts in the country. We pulled up to the window and were greeted by a friendly “hi can I help you!”. We ordered our food and were only in line for a minute or two on a busy morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of our large order, and gave us PLENTY of napkins. So up until the other day, I would have given 5 stars.. But the past 4 times I have gone to this Dunkin drive-thru, they have a younger kid at the window, who usually says not 1 word to you. But recently, when pulling up to the window, he has greeted me with, "Yo."-? I was caught a little off guard and just said hi. Not once has he said, "here you go", or, "thank you", or, "you're welcome." Just leaves me with not so great memories, of this...
