Scooper's Ice Cream Shoppe — Restaurant in Ada Township

So many choices I can never decide! There are great employees and has a great 'feel' to the area surrounding, although it takes a bit long to receive what others and I have ordered sometimes. Three different times (over the course of being there probably fifteen times over a year or so) I've noticed that they either lost an order, or forgot what someone wanted. I've waited for fifteen minutes and the people behind me had gotten their order long ago. They apologized and gave me a smile, but it wasn't worth the time to wait. Though they do have many choices, they also have some delicious soft serve ice cream, and I highly recommend the cotton candy flavor. Disappointed... The hours on Google showed they were open. Via signs on the building indicated new hours which didn't have them opening until 3 pm. It was around 245/250 when my toddler and I approached the window. Instead of catering to the customer they turned us away and informed us they didn't open for 10 more minutes. As one can imagine this leads to toddler devastation and seeking another ice cream shop. Disappointed that they couldn't make the little ones day by serving up the soft serve that I can guarantee was ready / available. I have worked in customer service and this isn't the way to do it. I love the ice cream but they don’t get my orders right. First time I went this year I asked for a moose tracks ice cream in a bowl. She gave me blue moon in a cup. The next, I asked for black cherry in a gf sugar cone, she gave my blue moon in a non gf cake cone.
