Was kind of late for us to be grabbing a bite. We stopped there about 20:30 on 06/11/21 and as well pulled up to the speaker box to order a female voice says " sorry our system is down. We are unable to take any orders." I said okay do you know how long the system will be down? She says " No!" I said okay I will just wait. Another employee come out and ask if I am the one that is going to be waiting, I said yes. He had gone outside to tell the other five people in line that they were unable to take orders. All of those people left and I asked if it was okay if I drove to the window to wait so they could inform other people as to what was going on when they pulled up to the speaker box, the female employee said "yes". The three seconds it took me to put my vehicle in drive and pull forward the system had magically came back up and the registers were able to take orders. The amount of money turned away, just wow. Read moreArby's is the upscale fast food. Every time I have dined with Ada Arby's, I've always left feeling satisfied. Upon my many trips to this restaurant, I have only had my order wrong once.
Honestly, I was not the best customer to deal with. Once I explained my problem, it was solved immediately! I value customer service more than anything.
I am a tough customer to deal with and may or may not have yelled at the staff.
Judge me if you will.
They not only calmed me, but delivered the BEST complex sandwich I have ever had!
Another thing to add.
Since I had to come back to the restaurant, they threw in the dessert for free as well! (The cherry turnovers and Reese's cookies are the best!)
It takes a lot for me to admit I was wrong.
Arby's, you deserve the highest honor.
If the same scenario happened at a different restaurant, I'd be leaving in cuffs.
