I quit using Walgreens over a year ago because when my doctor would call a prescription in I would go to pick it up hours later and it was NEVER ready. I was always told âweâre working on it, give us 15 minutesâ. Thatâs very inconvenient when youâre there on a break from work and you donât have 15 minutes to wait or you have somewhere else to be in 15 minutes. Today I was at my doctorâs office in Sulpher and he accidentally sent my E-script to Walgreens in Ada instead of the pharmacy I switched to. This was at 4:45. I sat at the pharmacy in Sulpher for an hour before they finally figured out my script had been sent to Walgreens. So I drove from Sulpher to Ada. When I arrived at Walgreens at 6:30, and then waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes, my E-script that was sent directly through to them at 4:45 was not ready!! I was told âweâre working on it, give us 15 minutesâ. When I told them it had been sent through to them at 4:45 the girl rudely said âwe can send it somewhere else for youâ. Needless to say, Walgreens did not win my business back!! I will make sure from now on my prescriptions DO NOT get sent...

Ada, Oklahoma Walgreens is the worst customer service I have ever seen! They did this to me last time, too. They donât care about customers and Iâm not going back. A nice young man helped me find what I needed but the checkout was horrible and I was the only one in line at the time so they canât plead âtoo busy to mess with members pointsâ this time. This store is USELESS. Iâm going to go to the local family owned pharmacy from now on. I used to get good deals at Walgreens but they cut out the family pharmacy card and now this.    Read moreDropped off my script an hour ago, came back up here to pick it up and was told they couldn't fill it, Why didn't they call the minute Walgreens Pharamacy found this out instead of making me drive back an hour later to pick up an unfilled script? Why didn't Walgreens call the doctor who wrote the script to sort out what was wrong? They are always backed up here and generally mess things up. My experience in past 8 years or more using Walgreens have been a headache. Browns is usually where I go and I've had zero issues and they ALWAYS made attempts of contacting my doctor for any misunderstandings and then contacted me instead of letting me show up first to tell me they can't do something. GO TO BROWNS OR ANY OTHER PLACES FOR MED REFILLS AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE...
