I placed an online order and then called to ask for my pepperoni to be placed on top of all the other toppings cheese included every time I order a pizza from Papa John’s I always call. I’ve been here for 4 years and I always ask them to put the pepperoni on top, it’s never been an issue before. Ryan, who tells me he is the general manager I don’t know if that’s true. I didn’t bother to argue. He said that this is corporate policy that they can’t do that. Is that true or not I honestly I don’t know. All I know is anytime I ordered pizza from there. I always call and make sure that the pepperoni is on top and they cook it well done to also which he added that the pizza is already cooked well done and then he canceled my order and put a restriction and said I can’t order from there. I was not rude. I was not ugly. I simply just stated that that what I always do. if you felt that I called too late and you didn’t want to remake the pizza you could’ve simply said that and I would’ve accepted that but instead, Ryan was very rude. Canceled my order like I said and restricted me. in the four years I’ve been in Ada. I’ve never one time had a problem with that and I would like to be contacted by an owner or anybody that’s above the general manager Ryan. I would like to speak to someone over his head. I called to get a corporate number. He said it’s not corporate even though he told me that it was corporate policy I couldn’t get my pepperonis on top of my pizza Toppings is insane. I asked for a corporate Number and he tells me it’s not corporate it’s franchise and gives me a franchise email and I said is there not a number he said the numbers in the email I said OK The email he gave me is Ada PJ@5120 to which I clarified two times because I haven’t written down two times the same thing because it was told to me three times the first time it was eight of PJ 45120. Read moreI've ordered here for years and it's almost always been good. Today, however, was absolutely horrible. The app kept changing the address after I would fix it so I put the proper address in the driver instructions. I also called in to confirm they saw it, and was told they saw and that the driver was headed towards the correct address. I got a call from the driver and he went to the wrong address in Byng. It took well over an hour for our food to arrive and everyone in the office was starving. By the time the food got to us it was all cold and the driver even almost dropped the food in the office. I wish I could've tipped after the fact through the app because I would NOT have tipped as much as I did. $100 dollars worth of food. Coworker just informed me there was hair in the food as well.

He was so attentive to how I wanted my order even when I had to call and change it and helped me save money even by informing on there new promotion when I mentioned my love for food he was exited to briefly tell me how much pride he takes in preparing the pizzas for his customers and hopes that when they get the pizza he makes, they can see the love in them! Great employee!!
