By far this has been my worst experience in a fast restaurant in my entire life. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Addison, IL location and unfortunately things don’t seem to be getting better. Today, August 14th at around 1:20 p.m. I went to pick up an order that I ordered online, via my works desktop. Fortunately, I used my personal email and not work email, or else I would’ve walked away with no pizza. I’ll explain. As I entered the store a middle-aged Hispanic man was attending the window and I waited for him to finish. As soon as he did I asked him about the process to pick up my order, since I saw that my name was on the screen of a hot oven with a keypad. He replied with anger, “You need a code” and impatiently walked away and left me there standing trying to finish my response. I said I don’t have a code, sir. Can you please tell me about the process. He smirked and responded aggravated “All I’m going to tell you is a need a code” and ignored the rest of my questions. I’ve never felt more unwelcome, ignored, and disrespected in a fast-food restaurant in my 20 years of being in America. Shortly after another employee younger man with few tattoos on his neck, (the reasoning for me describing them physically is that I was not told their names, or managers name after asking for it multiple times) walked to the front and I asked him for help and he just looked at me laughed and walked away.
This was the second time I’ve encountered the lack of respect and good service from this individual. The last time I was at this location, I drove through the drive-through and I encountered a very “chill” for lack of better words young lady. I paid and she hand me over the pizza and wings, I asked for a bag for the wings. She also smirked and replied “ they are not hot” I look at her and said excuse me. She turn around and started chatting with the guy I mentioned above. They both whispered to each other and the man hand her the bag and they gave it to me with a rude gesture on their face. That was not all, the guy then turn back around and basically threw me some napkins and said “ here, take them in case you need them too” I was shocked, but honestly I was having such an amazing day that I did not give it much importance. Now that I think about it, the experience was very unprofessional and condescending.
I called and emailed corporate to raise my concern about the experience at this location. All I can do at this time is sit back and wait, and hope for either corporate or owner/manager to act on these incidents and confront...
Read moreI just want to start by saying I have ordered from several different Little Cesar’s prior to this and have sent family members to pick up my order without incident. I have never experienced such a horrible experience like I did Sunday June 25th. Horrible staff and customer service. I ordered pizzas for my daughter’s first birthday party and paid online. I sent my brother to pick up the pizzas with the screen shot of the receipt of paid pizzas since my partner and I were attending to our guests at the party. The gentleman who refused to give his name did not want to give my brother the pizzas. The man gave every excuse possible as to why he refused to give him the pizzas. First it was that he needed “proof” that it was paid for. My brother showed the receipt and that still was not acceptable. Then the guy said “he needed a paper receipt”. Since when do we need to print a physical receipt for an online order to pick up the pizzas. He argued with my brother treating him as if he was there to steal pizzas. My brother called me while he was there and the staff refused to speak to me. This was just racial discrimination. My brother is mixed latino and african american so based on my brothers looks and color the man felt “entitled” to treat my brother as if he was some thug or thief trying to steal someones order. My cell phone number was on the order, I called the store over 10x as my brother was there so they can see that my number matched the oder but they refused to answer the phone. The staff member could have easily made a 1 minute call to the number on the order to confirm whether he can pick it up but nope. They sent my brother away without the order. My partner had to leave our daughters party drive over 15 minutes away JUST TO GET COLD PIZZAS. When my partner got there the man refused to come to the front and sent some teenage girl to deal with it. First she tells my partner there “was no order”. The staff began “ to look” for an order that was sitting behind them the entire time. The fact that the man made a big ordeal and took over an hour to give us cold pizzas that were paid for is ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m disgusted at this location and staff member. Clearly that staff member needs training. I filed a complaint with corporate already and filing a charge back with my card. I will be making this a big deal because discrimination...

NEXT ANOTHER GIRL CAME IN TO HE KITCHEN WASHED HER HANDS WENT IN THE KITCHEN AND STARTED PULLING OUT HER HAIR AND PUTTING IT UP IN A PONY TAIL NEVER SAW HER WASHED HER HANDS, THE OTHER GIRL AS WELL STARTED PLAYING WITH HER HAIR... IDK IF ONE OF THE GIRLS THAT CAME IN WEARING AN AARONS UNIFORM AND STARTED TAKING ORDERS WAS A MANAGER, I TOLD HER ABOUT THE SITUATION AND ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK AND TO CANCEL MY ORDER SO THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO A CANCELATION AND THE " SO CALLED MANAGER" SAID " HOW CAN WE MAKE TJIS BETTER, IF YOU WANT I CAN MAKE YOUR PIZZAS I WILL WASH MY HANDS"... SO I WAS OK.... SO WHEN THE " MANAGER" TOLD THEM GIRLS WATEVER HE TOLD THEM THEY LOOKED AT ME AND STARTED MURMURING IDK WHAT THEY WERE MAD ALRIGHT... SO THEY KEPT LOOKING BACK N FORWARD AT ME AND KEPT TOUCHING THEIR HAIR .... AFTER THE " MANAGER CAME UP AND ASK THE GIRL IN THE REGISTER WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM THAT HAD HAPPEN AND IDK IF HE GOT IT BUT THAT'S WHEN I STARTED TELLING HIM WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND HE RESPONDED WITH AN " WELL THEY WASH THEIR HANDS AND THEY WEREN'T TOUCHING THEIR HAIR, NOR TALKING SHYT,THAT'S WHEN I WAS LIKE " YOU KNOW WHAT I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY WERE STILL TOUCHING THEIR HAIR AND TALKING SHYT, HE THAN SAID " ALL THEY SAID THAT IT SEEM FUNNY"!!!
