Just dinned here 30minutes ago with my fam/ party of 6 and I am glad we decided to try this place- it was good BUT I Ordered the taco dinner and I wanted to taste their Alpastor so I asked my Taco dinner to consists of two steak tacos and one Alpastor, waiter stated NO I could not do that- it had to be all the same- I am paying so I do not agree with this! When you go to restaurant to eat- you order what you want, not forced to order something that make things easier for the cook. Everything ordered was good and tasty Except for the salty soup they give out.
Dined again Sunday Jan. 1 party of 9, this time something bothered me so I have to change from 5 stars to 2. Everything was good except this time the beans were super salty and the chicken taco dinner my friend ordered was not good. She said it tasted like shredded boiled chicken with salt and no other flavor. She stated the flavor of the chicken was so strong so she only ate half of one and left the other two. Now here is what bothered me the MOST! My wife wanted to taste the homemade tortillas they make so she just asked for one and was DENIED- waiter told her she needed to buy the order of three! Unreal I guarantee our checks combined was close to or over $200 and you could not give a Damn tortilla. I am sure you were not going to go out of business!!! I am bothered by businesses that just care about Money and not allowing a customer to get different tacos for their taco...
Read moreHello, I would like to share this post with you because I think it's been a long time since I ate something like this. I am Mexican and I love my Mexican food but, here in the United States it is difficult to find places where the food is original or traditional. Always find "TexMex" food that at the end of the day, is still American food. I found this place because the owner is a cousin of a friend of mine. The business is only barely 1 week old. The space is ideal for parties of any kind, they have space outside with heaters, which I find fabulous because of the Chicago wether, the decoration is very good, typical Mexican but what captivated me was my dish. I ordered "Camarones a la Diabla" and they served me JUST as they should be, typical of Sinaloa and I must say that this place is the only place outside of Sinaloa where the flavor is the same, the consistency of the exquisite sauce and the accompaniments. 100% recommend this restaurant. I wish you the best of success! They have delicious dishes and customer service WOW!!!! Thank you for your hospitality. I will...
Read moreThe best of the best food I have had in a long time. My new favorite Mexican restaurant. Real authentic food! AND THAT'S HARD TO FIND! The quesabirria tacos are my favorite! They are crunchy and super delicious 😋. We came during peak time and the servers were so busy but they made sure we were good and checking in with us often. We appreciate and see their hard work and for that reason we tipped our waitress extra because they truly do go above and beyond from what we witnessed. We understand that opening a new restaurant can be challenging and they did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of which we appreciate more. Everyone was super friendly, I felt at home walking in. I couldn't stop talking about it and had to message everyone to try it out. Definitely my favorite restaurant! Thank you all for offering the best...
