My family and I love this place! It's our "Cold Stones" of Adelanto, lol. I love the flavors! If you go, you must try the Jamoca Almond or the Oreo Cookies and Cream! They have real Oreos and large cookie pieces. My children like all the different cones. It's a nice Summer treat 😊.

I went to Baskin Robbins tonight and I got a banana split which is my favorite. Diamond and Alexa were so helpful and made my banana split and they were not stingy worth the price for sure I will be back great customer service from the both of them.

Don't get me wrong, but I liked their ice cream and their milkshakes but I'm not trying this location again. I ordered from DoorDash three weeks ago, a strawberry smoothie and a cookies & cream milkshake. It arrived on time for my order just the way I like it.

When I tried the cookies & cream, it gave me laryngitis and a sinus infection from drinking that milkshake! What did you guys put in there? Diseases and bacteria?! I was sick for 1/2 weeks and I felt like I didn't have the energy to do anything. ALWAYS, I mean ALWAYS make sure to wash your hands before using the machines and wear a mask!

Ordered an ice cream cake 3 days before the day of my daughters birthday. Their online notice says to order at least 36 hrs before. So I ordered the cake with plenty of time. My pick up hour was at 11:00am When the store opens. I was driving up at 11:40am to pick up my cake when I get a call Saying my cake won’t be ready until 1-2 hrs. I called at 1:48 (2hr later) to see if my cake was ready. They said I can come pick it up in an hr. Didn’t end up picking up the cake until 3:20pm. For a small $40 cake that was not ready when needed And for the girls being rude about it as well this establishment get a 1 Star from me. Going somewhere els...
