Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Adrian

I understand it was a busy Friday but like everywhere else I went that day when you choose to work in this environment you have to accept how it will be on weekends. To start off I was in line and I seen many many customers getting upset with the female cashier and I didn’t understand why. When I get up to order the male was very nice and I knew my full order so I was being very ice as well but when the other female took my bowls to add my sauces and vegetables she started being really rude and made me repeat myself Multiples times. I have been to this location multiple times with my fiancé we have had problems in the past but never like this. We order the same thing every time no problem. I get 2 bowls with both 2 tortillas on the side. We both ask for sour cream on the side, queso on the side and usually 1 or 2 options of the spicy salsa we have never had a problem this time we only got 1 salsa. The cashier came up and started yelling at me stating she was going to charge me for the having 3 sides or more and I said this has never happened before and on the app does not charge me either and she sat their trying to prove me wrong but when I went on the app and put in the same meal. I was never charged for it. Plus i was already paying for both my sides of queso. So how come we as 2 people would have to pay for 3 sides that actually are meant for 2 different bowls but if we paid separately we wouldn’t have a issue. I have been to other locations in Ann Arbor who get way more business and are way nicer to customers. After seeing all the reviews and seeing how they treat customers in person I personally think this Chipotle needs to rethink...

I love Chipotle and eat it in East Lansing. This location was completely different. From the time we walked in you can see it wasn't very clean there was food and trash on many empty tables, the floors, windows and doors were filthy. I was hesitant to eat there. That should have been the first clue how this restaurant runs. From the time they went to take our order they were rude and not paying attention. They took my granddaughter's order knowing I was standing behind her waiting then skipped over me and went to two people behind me. Then was very rude and did not listen to what I wanted in my rice bowl. They weren't generous at all with the portions. I ended up with about two tablespoons of beef in my bowl. I asked for them to put our guacamole on the side so we could share. They put it on my granddaughters and only added about a tablespoon. They charge $2.65 for it! Employees were arguing in front of us. When the guy at the counter finally got my side of guacamole after three times trying to explain it and show him how little was on our order that was wrong. He charged me for 2 guacamoles. I told him to just take the extra one off. Because it only had a couple tablespoons in it I'm not paying over $5 for less than a quarter cup of guacamole.. the food was cold so we had to go back to our hotel to heat it. There was no silverware other than 2 unwrapped forks in a cup that had a bunch of nasty food in it. There is stuff spilled all over. To top it off the steak tasted dried and rotten like fish. $25 for two small meals...

If I could give no stars I would. This is the the worst location. We come in almost every night after a workout since Adrian has nothing. We are regulars. The past few times we get it that they are out of something. We have waited patiently for brown rice to be made,to be told it wasn’t even started and it would be 40 more minutes after waiting for 20 minutes) more steak to be made. We have not made it an issue. Tonight I told my husband “I really don’t want to deal with it tonight.” I decided to go. I made sure they had everything and so we ordered. My bowl was finished and we were waiting on my husbands burrito. The MANAGER took the cheese for online orders right as my husband said he wanted cheese. My husband literally gets steak, rice and cheese and we pay full price. We don’t mind cause we love it. Anyways the little girl working goes “here we go, we are going to get yelled it.” The manger wasn’t going to let us have a sprinkle of cheese. I then flipped out. One of the workers decided to throw a pan on the floor and ran into the back. Had to show how manly he is. I know it’s food and I shouldn’t be upset but come on. We can’t have chips because it’s for online orders only? I mean come on. This establishment is awful. I will never step foot in...
