Mancinos — Restaurant in Adrian

I have not been back to the Adrian Mancinos in several months. Only because the last 2 times we had ordered their pizza it was nasty. Very thin and hardly any sauce or toppings on it and the ham n cheese grinder was very hard. But I was craving their food and it was mom birthday she absolutely loves their ham n cheese grinder. Well let's just say as soon as I walked in the door to pick up our order I noticed it was exceptionally clean and the workers were very nice and Friendly. Our food was absolutely delicious especially the pizza, which I was hesitant on ordering. It was hot and made like they use too. My mom's grinder was very good. Also we ordered the garlic cheese bread. It was hot and had lots of cheese on it. Thank you for making yiyr food like you use too. What has happened to the grinders, I'm actually from Indiana and was in Adrian for my daughters surgery, after I took her home I told her I was going to mancinos because I miss the amazing subs and the bread they use, and also because the one in Fort Wayne I tried once and it was absolutely terrible,very skimpy on the meat and something has changed about the sub bread, so I was looking forward to what I've had in the past I knew mancinos in Adrian had great grinders! Sadly I was wrong the grinder was made the same as in Indiana the bread again not the same and skimpy on the meat so for over $16.00 for a Grinder with less then a 1/3 not even that of meat, I guess I give up on Mancinos because it looks like they have all decided to not give us what we pay for what a shame! Another lost customer unless you can make them how you got people to come back in the first place, not giving people their money's worth isn't a good...

If they mess up, tough cookies for you! They give zero craps! I ordered two half grinders ($20) and when I got home, the one grinder was completely the wrong sandwich, the other was the right sandwich, but with ingredients missing on it. I called the store, they verified what we ordered, then told us to bring the sandwich’s back and they would make the right ones for us. We live 20 minutes away- not worth it or the gas to drive all the way back. I asked if they would just credit me ONE sandwich for the one we couldn't eat because it was just completely the wrong sandwhich (we ordered a non meat sandwhich and got a meat oriented sandwhich) I just wanted them to put my name on a list or something, or even just refund the one grinder- NOPE-they told me to bring in the wrong sandwhich or there is nothing they could do.
