This review doesn't even deserve one star!!!😡Service was poor and there were two customer's in line when I walked in waiting to order and NO staff had acknowledged them or even taken their order yet! And staff looked confused and frazzled and they weren't that busy either, maybe less than 10 people in lobby at the time. ..my food was cold from setting to long before it was bagged then employee just bagged it and she set it on counter by warmer and stated she was confused where it went because order was cleared before the food was bagged. One counter order was filled before my order and two other counter orders that were there first that had been waiting for more than 5-8 minutes for their order. It appeared he was a friend of a employee so he took priority over the orders that were still waiting. Manager bagged up his order and handed him his order while me and two other orders were filled after that. This Burger King ALWAYS looks dirty especially the kitchen area! Floors look nasty!! And staff is not very friendly and never smile and greet customer's in a friendly manner. Drive thru times are way to long and staff is unfriendly and frazzled. My advice...go to the other Burger King at the other end of town!!! Much better service and much cleaner! I never see employees wash hands when changing tasks. I am a Certified Food Manager and this place needs help bad!! This BK is nasty!! Retraining is highly...

This is not fastfood! You can order a pizza to be delivered to you in line and get the pizza faster than you will your food from this place. I've waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes before. I only try this place every few months and it never gets better. They don't give you a receipt with your food so beware. It always looks like a tornado went through this place when looking into the drive thru window. Burger King should be embarrassed this place has their name on the building. It is Impossible to reach the corporate office to let them know about this nightmare. We could only hope that a new management company will take over this location. Only two employees working at a time. If you go to other burger know ngs they have 5 -8 employees working at the same time working as a team. This has to be the worst place in town to work if they don't give you the right tools to be successful.
They should just close this place and let a new company take over the location that can run it correctly. Or better yet just close it, and get out of the burger business all together. I would like to see a Canes, Whataburger, Chick-fil-A, Jack In a Box, or anything else besides this disappointment and frustrating company. Such a...
Read moreFirst up, it's Burger King. You knew what you were doing when you pulled into a Burger King drive-thru. Burger King didn't block you into your own driveway. You chose this, and you've got to be okay with that or figure out why you have this pattern of choices. As Burger King goes, this spot is a JOURNEY. Abandon what you think you know about wait times and hours of operation. Maybe there's someone inside, maybe there isn't. You don't know what's going on inside that building any more than you can truly know the contents of a strangers soul. For those willing to undertake an uncertain journey, the rewards can be rich. These folks know when they've kept you waiting, and if you don't pile on to form Karen-Voltron they'll probably make it up to you. Double-meat, random bacon, an extra drink. The people on morning are chill, friendly, and fun. One guy has highly complex running jokes with my 5-year old. It's sweet and awesome. I like to imagine elaborate backstories, because these folks deserve them. The atmosphere is wild. If Ice-T or Vin Diesel walked out of the cooler it wouldn't be a surprise. The question is: do YOU belong in this story? So go to Burger King and learn something...
