McDonald's — Restaurant in Adrian

Where should I start.? My typical average sized, healthy kids came with me to play in the kids area. The floor lady who goes around inside kids area and in the dining area saw my Kids walk in with me and followed them. I was curious so I stayed close and watched her stop what she was doing and continue to stare without stopping for a while. I made it clear I noticed it while putting the food on the table. As I was about to take their big snow jackets off (keep in mind they are huge jackets and had snow suits under that. Like the pants) she then confronted them. Age 6 and 4 about being overweight and playing on the structure. I was angry. I sent them to play so I could ask her what her deal was as nice as one can. And she told me they were hefty. I told her they don't even have any fat I can pinch that it was all their snow gear and there was bigger kids in there all the time. I was angry. My 6 year old didnt even want to eat now. Not even the cutie fruit they had. How horrible that is to treat a kid. Even a kid that would have weight on. I complained but we were there a while. I didn't see anything happen and I see her all the time there since I always have to park and go in now just to get my coffee because the driver thru always gives me a hard time. ALWAYS.. about my decaf coffee. That medically is all that I can have. I like iced coffee they make it clear iced coffee is for the caffeine drinkers. But how hard is it to put hot decaf coffee on over ice? Lol. I know it will melt with ice. But I accept that. Instead I don't get it. And worse I was given caffeine instead one time and amidst had to go to the e.r. so now i tell them to give me a small decaf and a large cup of ice so i can make it. Of course i am given a hard time and pay extra. But they give me the wrong side cup of ice. And it is a cup of water. Not ice. I realize it after i leave. Now wasting money and can't have my iced coffee even after the long lines and money. So i go in now and it isn't always 100% right. Ughhhh. Also night time about 7 and soon after is always goofy and drama spoken with employees. I give it a1 star for the times my family and I did have when we get to play there...

Mcdonalds on south Main in Adrian Michigan is has the rudest and most disrespectful managers I have ever saw! Today my 15 year old daughter and two younger sons walked there to get food.They placed there order and was waiting in the time they were waiting we had a severe thunder storm started it was pouring down rain.The kids were told they had to leave immediately because they had 2 speedway cups mind you they were waiting on there order.My kids called me crying I was at work so I called Mcdonalds asked why they said "because they had speedway cups" they could not be inside with them.But yet they allowed them to order there food that they were still waiting for .I asked the manager for her name and corporate number she told me no she didnt have to give me information and hung up on me! So I now will be contacting corporate tomorrow.Its sad that they kicked 3 children on in the pouring rain they had to walk all the way home.They are Kids and for a manager to be so cold hearted is uncalled for she was nasty to me.Even other customers were upset that she kicked them out in the pouring rain with there food that they couldnt eat by the time they got home it soak in wet.Nobody should be treated the way she treated me and my kids.Mcdonalds ethics have to be higher than this for a employee especially a manager.My kids were so upset by this I will go above and beyond to contact whoever I need to get this handled my children were treated like animals for no reason over 2 cups.And like I said they let them order there food and tried to kick them out before they even...

I'd give a zero if I could. I used the McDonalds mobile order app which I use often. After I ordered and put my curbside number in I got an error code to go to the front counter. I went to the mobile order sign and waited for someone to assist me. They didn't. I asked a worker who was handing out another order what was going on with my order. She said if dont see my order on the screen I need to get in line. I get in line and order with my mobile order number and wait again for my food. I use curbside because I have a cane and cant carry the whole order and this place is always busy so to skip the lines and use the app. Since I had to go inside I figured it will be easier to eat inside. I take my bottle of coke with me because I did not order a drink since I was going to get my food in the car. While waiting for my food I was approached and told I could not have my coke in the restaurant. The only reason I came in was because their system wasn't working correctly. They sell coke there, I didnt want to come in yet I already paid for the order so I was forced to only to be told I couldnt be in there with my outside coke. Wont be...
