Read moreHonestly, the craziest and worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered via the website, and it was then transferred to DoorDash as it usually does. The doordasher STOLE my order, and I was informed by the NEW doordasher (about 10 minutes after it was estimated to be delivered)instead of the actual store. The doordasher let me know they were remaking my order. 20 minutes went by and the doordasher lets me know the never started my order and they’d be starting now. I was then reassigned a third dasher. Cool, I’m still fine with this. At this point an hour and a half (20 minutes or so after I was told my order was being remade a second time) total has gone by and I have zero updates. I called the store who tells me they never started the order because they didn’t realize I ordered it through the website and not door dash. He over explained this detail to me, and told me he didn’t look to even see if I ordered it through the site. He said he’d remake it and then offered to give me ten dollars off. Everytime I order here there is always a problem weather it be cold food or long wait times or the time I only got half my order and they refused too bring me the rest of refund me. Tonight I came in and I was told an order I placed for pickup 30min ago was not done. I waited for another 15 as I watched the kitchen staff play on their phones. I went back up to the counter to ask about the status of my order and was ignored for 5min the manger sometimes even making directly at me. After watching the staff continue to not do much of anything I watched the manager open a container of wings and smell them and then package them for order. After someone finally acknowledged me I asked about my order. Come to find out it was ready when I arrived and I waited in the restaurant for 15 minutes for no reason. I left only to come home to a cold pizza. I will never spend another dollar with Pizza Hut again as this has become common practice for the chain as a whole and I hope I see this one shut down for clearly obvious food safety violations.
