Brewcade — Restaurant in Agawam

I came to The Brewcade originally and had a great time. They had a token system where you put money into a machine and got tokens for the games. I had some tokens left over, so the staff wrote and signed a voucher saying I had 20+ tokens to use next time.

When I came back last night, I found out they don’t do tokens anymore. I showed my voucher, but the staff said they couldn’t do anything for me. No discount, no free drink, nothing. That left a bad taste after what was otherwise a fun first experience.

They just opened 3 months ago, and they already provide such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I went on Thursday, November 7th and was warmly greeted immediately upon entering, and was helped to make sure I had the right tokens.
