Burger King — Restaurant in Agoura Hills

Just visited this Burger King October 18th just before 2 in the afternoon. Just visited this Burger King October 18th just before 2 o'clock in the afternoon. They were not busy. If they had been busy I suppose I could have understood the person taking my order at the drive-through being irritated or nasty. But this guy Not only was unpleasant with me while I ordered two drinks but I could tell by the tone of his voice he wanted me to know that he was irritated with me. More than once at this location I have experienced a very nasty attitude from the person at the drive-thru. I have worked in customer service for over 35 years and then considered by my supervisors and peers to be one of the best at what I do. I am very very unimpressed with the customer service at their drive-thru. The food's fine and the people are satisfactory inside the restaurant, however the kind of experiences I've had at their drive-thru makes me not want to go there. I hope others experiences...

I haven't eaten at a Burger 🍔 King since I was in High school... there was a time that Burger King ruled,just like Wendy's".. now they are barely surviving. I used a receipt app called "Fetch". If I purchased any item from there .. I would receive 730 points .. why not..? I ordered a 🐟 Fish sandwich 🥪.. 🍟... Apple 🍎 juice that looked earily similar to "Capri_Sun" fruit 🍓 🧃 juice. Well when walked in..there was only 1 customer in there.. Dead as a door knob.. I felt sorry for the manager... He was really friendly.. There is a television in there .that plays station's in Spanish.. The service was quick..I loved the fries.. the "Fish 🐟 🍔" was pretty good . The sauce taste like mayonnaise.. not my favorite.. especially on a sandwich 🥪. This location was really clean 😊.. they are close by the 101 Freeway.. honestly I prefer "McDonald's".. for fish sandwich 🥪's . In the end .. I received my points..I even mentioned that to...

Usually a trip to burger king or any fast food restaurant is a pretty mundane activity, you pretty much know what to expect before going in. Tonight however, the customer service I received from Mr. Jose (working evening shift 12/21 around 630) was truly exceptional! He really made me feel welcome and more than that, he went above and beyond when serving my food. Apparently there was an issue with the ice cream machine but he quickly offered a slightly different alternative that was just as good! We have all had plenty of experiences (looking at you ronald mcdonald) where the employees just say "oh ice cream machines broke order something else" but that is not the vibe at this burger king! They were all working hard and focusing on their customers but definitely needed to shout out Jose in particular!! Hopefully a promotion or raise is in his near future because people like...
