Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Agoura Hills

I go here everyday and every time I come there is a rude worker that can barely speak English. I will never go here again after the way I was treated by one of their workers. Cecilia got an attitude with me and acted more like I was her child she was lecturing than a respectable Jack in the Box employee. I was so offended that I didn’t even want the food anymore nor did I trust that they wouldn’t do anything to my food at that point. I asked for a refund and she made me pull up to the front and wait TEN minutes just to get my money back onto my card. I never received my money back on to my card so I ended up paying for that meal without ever receiving food. Don’t go here if you want to continue to have a good day because the workers have terrible customer service and you will leave...

Stopping at this Jack in the Box has become a tradition. We love to visit Paso Robles and found this Jacks on our way there a few years back. It is conveniently located off the 101, has plenty of parking, has clean restrooms, and most importantly it has Jack in the Box tacos. It is so much a part of our routine that I even saved the address in my Waze app. Most people only post a review from a negative experience at a fast food mega chain. I believe it is important to provide props occasionally to these mega chains when they are doing something right or in this case "checking all the boxes". ROACHS !! A few weeks ago my son and i decided we’d like to get something to eat here. Immediately after leaving the drive through he took out his hamburger, and there was a huge cockroach in the Hamburger. I have never seen anything like this when going to a fast food place. I encourage anyone reading this, not to eat here. That is utterly disgusting and i am forever traumatized with this indecent, i will not be eating fast food anymore. I would give it a 0 star if i could, i’ve been eating at this location for years now, and i am devastated that i came to find out they have a cockroach problem.
