Still dirty and gross.

Just look at the floor behind the counter when you order... Gross!

Line out the door, only one person working the register.

This place is so dirty and gross.

Look at the floor behind the counter. If I had looked before I ordered I would have walked out.

There was lettuce, french fries, plastic knife, plastic spoon and paper trash all over the ground.

In the restaurant there is sticky spots on the floor.

The tables have not been cleaned in hours and have trash on some of them.

When I was leaving I asked why the restaurant was so dirty? The answer the girl gave was because they are closing in an hour.

The best part was the manager never turned around. He sat there with his clipboard and let his employee defended his terrible management decisions.

As i waited for my food I watched the manager and the employees step over the trash time and time again. They could care less.

When you see a dirty restaurant just remember this. If they don't take the time to clean up, what other things are they not taking the time to do right? Do you think they're washing their hands when they come back from the bathroom? Do you think those sponges are being used to long or on to many surfaces? Once you stop cleaning there's plenty of other things you stop doing too.

It won't be long before this restaurant gets somebody very sick.

My mom comes here often as its her favorite fast food spot, so every now and then for years ill get something too occasionally. This "habit" has consistently made garbage, not fully put together food for as long as i can remember. Always forgetting sides and sauces. And the food, for some reason, is always cold. I do not remember ever having a fully hot burger from this location. No other habit location is as bad as this one and its been this way for years. Whoever owns this particular habit needs to do something about it. Bring in trainers from more successful location in SB, hold your cooks more accountable for the food they make, because the quality of food here is abysmal. Ive worked in food service for a decade so im not just some Karen who is complaining for no reason. Ive been behind a flat top grill making food for hungry customers, Ive taken countless orders standing behind a register. It's either this or In and Out but I prefer the Habit. Great hamburgers with good flavors and cooked well. I like my meat medium rare and they'll accommodate. It's presented well and not sloppy as In and Out. It's not huge like some other places so not too filling but enough to satisfy. A little pricy but hey, Carl's charge over $7 for their burger (not combo). Today I tried their grilled Chicken club and it wasn't that bad considering they're a burger joint. It was well proportioned so one ingredient didn't overwhelm the other. My only issue was the grease dripping from the sandwich as I but into it. Probably won't have it again. This place is smaller than other Habits I've been to but is clean and offers patio seating as well. The staff are accommodating and friendly and food is made fairly quick.
