It always seems like there's a lot of new people here, so often they don't seem like they know what they're doing. I've had my order messed up a few times. One time I ordered an iced coffee and a girl poured the hot coffee over ice, causing the ice to melt. She then told me at the window, "the ice melted." I then accepted the luke warm drink as I wasn't trying to make a fuss, but in hindsight I kind of wish she remade the drink by default instead of asking me if it was okay that all the ice had melted. Went through he drive through asking for vegan 3 double crunch rap with no cheese or sour cream we got home and my friend consumed part of he crunch rap with cheese sauce and has very bad allergies. His throat is swelling and his stomach is turning violently. I brought the food back immediately and presented it to the manager Geo showing him the receipt and having him sine off on it that they made it with cheese. We are waiting to see if we need to go to the emergency room. Please be carful if you have food allergies...

For the past 7 years now, we have NEVER had our order correct. Delivery or pick up, doesn’t matter. We don’t get fast food often, but sometimes you just crave Taco Bell! I’m always disappointed in this location. You guys are making $20/hr now, maybe it’s time to prove you deserve it!
