Unless check contents carefully and not in a hurry in case something needs to be addressed.
However, it seems this location drive thru has become better at having fresh hot fries or food that can drive away with. P.M shift had been not the best for drive thru in the past. Have not had the opportunity to try that shift lately.
The morning and lunch has been "spot on" (as the youth of today might describe it. )
Front counter at any time has handled orders especially special orders professionally, timely, and with the best efforts.
Had nothing to complain about. Food was of quality, service was good including giving with kindness and smiles.
The inside has remained clean in the dining area especially the tables, the trash area, and drink area. The bathroom appeared to be well kept and maintained.
Someone has placed sincere efforts in keeping the common areas clean. Behind the counter and throughout the preparation and cook area appeared to be kept neat and tidy.
It was noticed while looking straight through that the floors were tidy nothing left on them in any walk ways or the grill areas. It was easily noticed while food was being prepared and receiving the food the tidy appearance throughout the back areas.
Also, on a down time noticed wiping down work areas with cloth retrieved from another area. Cloth looked as it was a fresh cloth as recently wet because it had no stains and that the cloth didn't have a soaked appearance. This tidy well kept appearance is important in a place that decided to eat.

All I ordered was 2 Mocha Frappe. Had to walk inside, and they weren't even made yet and they weren't even busy. They never gave me a receipt and were really rude. So since I was waiting for so long and had to come back, I ended up ordered food. Fries were uncooked, soggy and unsalted. And there was also way too much C02 or flatness in the coca cola. They didn't want to help fix the first issue so why should I get them to fix the second issue. If you have to be part of the problem and not the solution you shouldn't even be working there and pissing customers off. This is not the first time I've had issues with this store location. The manager on duty's name is Ashley and she's dealt with me before and saw how disappointed I was and couldnt even fix the problem. At this point they owe me $30 or fix the food, and also previously owe me a free large frappucino Ashley said for me to come back while she is working and she will give me one but she never did when I did go back. I do not recommend this store. Also don't recommend going there if you are on a lunch break from work because it'll take you at least an hour to get out of there. Waiting on Corporate office to get back to me on this because I need my money back and they need to fix the store or shut it down if they can't get appropriate leadership into the stores location. Read moreMan I've been coming here for over a year now and it's a hit or miss. Depending on who's working. There's one woman that's so incredibly rude everytime I go. It's early morning and she just sits there. Rude over the speakerphone. Rude at the window. Today she wasn't even at the 1st window so I drove to the second window and no one was there either. She didn't even fully come to the window to tell me I had to go back to the other window so I went to reverse to go back to the 1st window as she stated while another car was pulling up to the window. We could have crashed. No apologies, nothing. Then when she asks for payment she can't even extend her arm. She has you reach to the point you have to open your door cause she's too lazy to bend forward. I finally ask her to repeat my order and she goes mam I have your order. At this point I'm ready to let the devil win with words but instead I press the gas and go to the next window. What looks to be a manager doesn't come to the window. But looks over to me. Wait a couple mins then Proceeds to hand me my food. I ask for ketchup and she tells me they dont have any. A McDonald's with no ketchup. I was so frustrated I drove off. Big mistake. I get home and I checked my food. The breakfast burrito was pretty much just a tortilla. Yall ruin people's day at that McDonald. Such a horrible way to start the day!
