If I could give no stars I would.
To say this place has a management problem is an absolute understatement.
The drive through was busy, and I handed the drive through worker the wrong card (darn cards looking like eachother) So I handed the girl another card and she said - ok have a good rest of your day...
This is when the issue ensued. I get back to work and I do not have my card. My last transaction and only transaction was the Wendy's.
So i call...the first call is answered...I say hello and I get hung up on.
So I call again.....the call is answered....I say hello and I get hung up on.
So....I call again - the call is answered and the manager is on the phone.
My exact words: Hi! So I think I left my card in the drive through and I need to know if you all have it because your establishment was the last place I used it, and I dont know who is answering the phone but I was hung up on twice.
Her response: YOU WERE NOT HUNG UP ON TWICE I PICKED UP THE PHONE AND NO ONE ANSWERED!!
My words:...funny because Im in an office and the people I share the office with heard me call, say hello and the frustration of the hang up
Her response: ...IM NOT GOING TO GO BACK AND FOR WITH YOU speaking to her background IS THERE A CARD THERE...MAAM THERE IS NO CARD THERE!
My words:...you were the last place I used the card, can you please check again
Her repsponse: YOUR NOT GOING TO TELL ME WHAT IS IN MY STORE! THERE IS NO CARD HERE! click
Ok, so there is a 50% chance my card is not at that location. So, I check my car and under the seats...nothing...
I call back, phone is answered.
My words: Hi again, who am I speaking to?
Her response: The manager, why who were you wanting to speak to?!
My words: Hi, I just searched my car for the credit card and it is not here along with my receipt not being here. Um, would you please check again.
Her response: IM NOT GOING TO KEEP GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH YOU ABOUT THIS!
My words: Well, two things can happen, you can look again which i would definately appreciate or I can come up there and we can look together but i would rather not leave work like that.
Her response: WELL THEN COME UP HERE! YOU AINT GON TELL ME WHAT IS AT MY STORE!!
My words: well I only used my card today at your location about an hour ago...I dont understand why it has to be like this?
Her response: Did you just call me a b!tch?! NO YOU'RE THE B!TCH!
My words: wait a second! Im going to call your district manager because this is all the way uncalled for. I know where i left my card and you seem so unwilling to help. You should really try not to be disgusting to customers because you never know who someone knows click
Although I know Donnie is no longer the district manager i did reach out to him.
This manager that worked Friday at 2PM is a disgusting excuse for a manager and I am disgusted that she feels ok to call customers out of thier name.

Read morebro, the staff at 6:00 on march 10, 2025 was the worst and most incompetent staff Ives seen in a long time. the smell of weed from the kitchen and the drink machine having virtually no flavors were what I would consider to be a unprofessional place but it gets worse. when I told the lady " all the diet drinks and most of the rest of your flavors are out." she responded by saying. "yeah I know." really, so you know it's your job to replace them right? next I had ordered, very clearly, saucy nugs. and was given regular non saucy nuggets, I told them it was wrong and then the gave me my saucy nugs and then tried to pass of 5 nuggets for 6. I was then told "oh well we are out of the spicy nuggets." that's it? nothing more to add? so I sat down with my kids who had burgers covered with ketchup, to an obscene amount, then I opened my burger where I was dumbfounded by how wrong you could possible get a burger. the only logical reason that these people would get order so screwed up is if non of them had ever eaten at or heard of a Wendy's before in their lives, which still wouldnt make sense bec they were working there. if only zero stars...
Read moreWow. The manager in charge today Thursday January 4th. @ 130PM Tall black woman with short bob wig… she must really hate her job. The girl who took my order and cashed me out at the window was obviously new however she was kind and knew what she was doing.. All while the manager is in the background yelling directions at this new girl.. She was so rude to her! There’s a way to be assertive, and firm without being very distasteful to your employee…. Then she hopped on the drive thru to complete someone’s order and was rude to them as well. Not everyone should be a leader. Bad management is the #1 reason people quit their jobs. She needs more training. I will be calling corporate once I verify her name. Right before I drove off I heard the manager yelling that “This car is holding up her line messing up the times” while I was still waiting for my drink, frosty and sauce. Best of all I sat in line for 10 minutes before I ordered and still got old nuggets and cold fries… it all doesn’t make sense but I give the NEW GIRL props bc if that were me!!!!!
