I just went to the Zaxbys on Richland Ave today and they have the rudest customer service I have experienced in a fast food facility. I pulled up to the drive thru ordering box at 2:55pm. April R was the cashier that placed my order. I surely did not get any kind of friendly or welcoming greeting from her... All she said was, "you can order...."! That's it. So of course I ordered my food, and all she said after that was "6.78." Nothing more. She didn't try to repeat my order to make sure it was correct or anything. I waited in the line for over 12 minutes for me food which was simply a Zax snack. Once I received my food, and I personally checked it at the window. I politely asked April for some extra condiments. She rolled her eyes at me and said "yea". Once again, short with her customers. My entire interaction with her was very unpleasant like she hated being on the clock. That's your job! Do it right. I will most likely drive across town to another location in the future to do business with them instead. Whiskey Rd in Aiken is much better, and way more friendlier to everyone whether inside or at the drive thru. I am not asking this facility on Richland Ave to try to impress their customers like their competitor Chick fil a does every single day without fail, but sadly Chick fil a knows the value of great customer service experience and the warmth and gratitude that comes along with it. Read moreI went to zaxbys today. I thought it was a fast food restaurant but I guess not. We order 4 meals. My order #36 it was 6:02 pm when they gave me the receipt. They call my number went to grab food and said sorry It’s not ready so I sat down on the bench thinking it was gonna be a quick fix but I waited and waited and waited they only kept saying it’s almost ready. When I got there they were on low 30’s on orders after waiting and waiting they were on the 50’s. I check my time and already had waited 40 minutes for my daim order and it was not still ready. I requested my refund the manager or supervisor try to calm me down and didn’t know why it took so long for my order she was trying to apalogize and I told her just give me the money back I ain’t got no time to argue so they gave me the money back. They made me and my family waste 40 minutes of our life for nothing. They are very unorganized they don’t know what they are doing in there. Other customers were having issue with their orders too. It was something I wasn’t expecting it didn’t use to be this way before. What happen to this place??? My suggestion is that they should name the place ZAXBYS SLOWLY COOKING...
Read moreI really don't understand what is so hard about ordering wings extra crispy! Sometimes they get it right, but most of the time they don't. When I order I ask them to make them extra, extra crispy. I have never ever gotten them that way, but sometimes they will be somewhat crispy & I just go with it. So today I ordered them the same as usual, when I got my order I couldn't tell any difference from how they normally cook them, really soft & chewy. I took my order back & the cashier said that she had told the cook to fry them well-done. So she confronted the cook & the cook asked me what about cooking them an extra 4 to 5 minutes...how did that sound to me. I said that I didn't know, just cook them to where they're crispy! So 20 mins later I finally got my food back with absolutely no difference between my original wings & the re-cooked wings! They did apologize for the long wait...she said that they were in a shift change & they had forgotten about my order. So it really depends on who is working here to how your order turns out. I'll just have to eat something else instead of wings when I come here because it just seems to be too hard for them...
