I love chick fil a for the quality and customer service. Unfortunately, today I had the worst experience at the Whiskey Road location. I have never experienced bad customer service with Chick Fil A until today. I pulled up to the drive thru to order two number ones and the lady on the other end of the speaker was having trouble hearing me due to a loud vehicle in the second drive thru lane. I could tell she was beginning to become irritated as she began to be short with me. When I pulled around to the window there were two young ladies to “greet me”, only they weren’t friendly. One female smugly asked if I ordered two kids meals and before I could get out a word, she said the price and stuck her hand at me for money. I politely told her I had actually ordered two number ones and the second female asked if I had a tea with lemon and shoved it out of the window at me. Not another word was said to me as I received my meal. I said thank you. No one spoke. The first female turned away as did the second and they just stared away with mad facial expressions. I had to ask for straws for all 3 of my beverages. I wasn’t asked if I needed sauce. (I did)
I politely thanked them when they gave me the straws and still no response. I have never felt so unwelcome. I didn’t even bother to ask for my sauce. Personally, I will happily drive 30 mins out of my way to North Augusta Chick Fil A. They are always amazing with customer service and even stand out in the heat and rain just to make sure that every customer...
Read moreToday we had the worst visit to a Chickfla I have ever had. We were excited that the Aiken location was back open and the line was wrapped around the building but we joined the drive thru line anyway. Line was moving a bit slow but we were patient. Accidentally checked into pick up instead of drive thru but it wasn’t a problem until we got to the window, where we sat for 15 minutes. Everyone behind us kept getting food but we just sat there waiting for our food and holding up the line. We tried to talk to multiple staff to give our name and we were blown off each time. The girl at the window putting orders together finally made someone come ask our name and what we had ordered. The order staff had radioed that we were in the drive thru line so we reminded them of that also. After sitting in the drive thru line for an hour, we finally got our food. They apologized and we thanked them anyway and pulled into the Publix parking lot to eat. Our fries were cold. Kale salad did not taste good and I didn’t get a almond packet that comes with it. Iced Coffee tasted like water. Our sandwiches were okay. Overall very disappointed...
Read moreAs retired locals living in Aiken, South Carolina, breakfast has become our favorite and most cherished meal of the day. We love to break the fast with a hearty and satisfying breakfast—and our go-to spot is the Chick-fil-A here in Aiken.
What keeps us coming back is not just the consistently fresh and delicious food, but the exceptional service that sets this location apart. From the warm, biscuits to the perfectly cooked chicken, every bite hits the spot. But it’s the people who truly make this place special.
Ashley Lynn (lead) and Debra (front counter) greet us each morning with genuine smiles and personal care, ensuring our orders are always just right. Ashley Lynn often takes time to chat with us, which we appreciate more than words can say. And a special shoutout to Mr. Larry, who makes a point to visit with guests in the dining room—his kindness does not go unnoticed.
The restaurant is spotless—one of the cleanest we’ve ever seen—and the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. Chick-fil-A Aiken is more than a breakfast stop; it’s a feel-good start to our day. We highly recommend it and will definitely keep...
