Such a TERRIBLE experience. I’m a huge Harry Potter fan and was so excited to go try the new donuts, but when my husband and I walked in, there was not a single employee to be found. I called out 5 times for anyone to answer and finally after 5 minutes someone came to take our order who wasn’t wearing a uniform at all and didn’t apologize for not coming to the front of the store sooner. I asked her if they had any more Harry Potter donuts and she said they were all out. I then ordered a coffee and 3 glazed donuts and waited over 10 minutes for a coffee that was poorly made, in a sticky cup, and leaking (mind you, there was NO other customers so it shouldn’t have taken that long). The floors were covered in powder, stale donuts, napkins, and countertops that were sickening to look at. As I was getting ready to leave, I noticed in that they had cases of the Harry Potter donuts after being told they didn’t have a single one left in the store, so I asked her “is that the donuts right there?” To which she replied “Yes it is”. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness, and initiative to do the job they are paid for was SHOCKING....
Read more6/19/20 @ 1:19 PM I wanted to take my little one here just because. I informed Rachael at the drive thru that it was my first time just to ask for a bit of extra time. He wanted lemon-filled and I, regular. We decided on lemon-filled because the price would be the same. We bought a dozen for $12 plus tax. It took us approximately 20 seconds to get from the order screen to the window to pay, but you would've thought we ordered a whole catered meal, changed it, then blamed them for the color of the sky based on the reaction we got. Their eyes were rolled so hard it looked like they were about to have seizures. The little girl from the back had to come up front just to see how petty she wanted to be and who she was about to screw over. We ended up getting at least half the donuts with dime-sized creme filling. NEVER AGAIN. If you hate your job and your life, change it or stay home. NO ONE NEEDS YOU, especially when we pay for your product and service. The grocery store is better and so are their people. I would give 0 stars if I could. I would've given 4 stars just for some decent...
Read moreWent in to get a dozen assorted donuts and an iced coffee which took 10 minutes. There was only one car in the drive thru and one other customer in store. The person at the register was obviously new but couldn't understand that I wanted an iced coffee, not latte but did ring me up for an iced coffee, I checked the receipt to make sure. Well while making it, the person had to go back to the register to help one person and handed it off to someone else and the guy asked what he was making and that's when it was obvious he was making a latte, not a iced coffee. An employee told the guy who was making it that it was the same thing as she almost expected me to take what I didn't order but the guy made it the right way for me. All the while, I was still waiting on donuts and there was an off-duty employee who came in and was just standing talking to employees that were working. Then the lady put a box of donuts on the counter and walked away and finally came back and starred at me to finally ask if those were mine. Just an awful experience and probably won't even waste...
